"arrived on site to inspect microwave no heat. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with a cup of water for 30 seconds. The water did not heat. I removed the unit form the wall and removed the cover. I removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor and diode. Retested the unit while I had it down and it operated as designed. I placed the unit back in its place and retested and it operated as designed again. I advised the customer of my repairs. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator not cooling correctly or making ice. I found a restriction in the system and the unit a little over charged. My first readings with gauges were 200 psi on the high side and -10 on the low side. I checked the evaporator and found ice build up at the capillary entry to the coil. I removed some refrigerant and when I had the high side at 120 psi the low side was in a -20 vacuum. I recovered the refrigerant and replaced the filter drier. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 4.16 oz’s of R134A. I checked the pressures again with the exact charge and the low side was still showing -20 psi and the high side was at 120 psi. The evaporator had no frost pattern. I evacuated the charge and unsoldered the capillary tube at the evaporator. I found the end of the tube clear. I pressurized the high side at the dryer and I had good pressure out of the capillary tube at the evaporator for about 5 seconds then I could hear somethi

Upon further inspection, using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker and it began to harvest dumping the ice that was in the tray then dispensed water into the tray. I removed the ice maker and dumped the water out of the tray then reinstalled it and tested again. This time, the motor began to turn, but got one fourth of the way through harvest and stopped. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and it failed. I reinstalled the old ice maker and when I plugged it in, it began to harvest and dispensed water into the tray. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice in the bin has frost on it. I checked the ice and it appeared to be normal. I removed the bin and found ice shavings on the motor cover which is possibly from using the crushed ice selection. Tested the ice dispenser and ice shaving would drop with the cubes. Tested the crushed ice selection and it operated as designed. I found ice shavings on the bottom underside of the bin. I contacted Techline and spoke to Robert and advised of my findings. He advised that it was normal but to replace the separator/ice door assembly. Provided File #7726209406. "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have a water softener. I checked the dispenser and changed the rinse aid dial to #2. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and found the element read 7-9amps during wash and 7-9amps at the end of testing. Contacted Techline and spoke to JK and advised of my findings. JK advised to turn hot water on at kitchen tap, wash on heavy duty with hi temp wash, heated dry, and sani rinse and at the end of washing, one the door to allow airflow into the tub to assist with drying. Also, advised to use rinse aid. Provided File #7726206491. I advised customer Techline recommendations to get best results. Also made recommendations for use & care and detergent& rinse aid types/use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator not cooling. Upon inspection found error code PO. Which means power off. Called tech line to discuss why the refrigerator kept turning off and on at the control board while the refrigerator was still plug in. We ran diagnostics and found that the freezer evap fan was the issue. De thawed ice build up in freezer and replaced evap fan motor and harness. Also replaced control board and UI.
