REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFC704FBS01 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noise. Upon arrival, the customer provided a video of the noise. From what I could tell, it was clatter coming from the back of the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested on mode 40. The compressor and fans all operated as designed. I pulled the unit from its place and inspected the compressor and components. I loosened the four toed screws on the condenser bracket and placed some sealer in between the condenser line and the drain pain. I did not find any other lines vibrating on others components. I put the unit back in its place and leveled and squared the unit and adjusted the temperatures to the unit. I advised the customer of my findings as I could not get the unit to duplicate the noise that I heard on the video. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR JENN-AIR JS48PPDUDB00 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that is not dispensing water. I tested the unit and found the paddle hard to push but when I pushed it in certain places the dispenser did work. I changed out the paddle assembly and tested the unit. The unit wouldn’t dispense at all and the UI wouldn’t count down. I had voltage to the UI. I changed the UI and retested. The unit dispensed then stopped. The UI continued to count oz’s and started beeping. I found the voltage dropping from the niagra control. I changed the niagra control and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

OVEN WHIRLPOOL WOS51EC0AS04 Arrived onsite for the oven not maintaining correct temperatures. I had the customer preheat the oven when I called and stated I was on the way. The customer mentioned the oven takes long to preheat. I checked and found the oven not set for rapid preheat. I set the oven to rapid preheat and tested the temp with the unit set at 350 degrees. I found the temp dropping below 320 degrees and put a 10 degree positive offset in the control. The temp cycled between 327-402 leaving the unit with a 364 degree average temp. The differential in the control is too wide causing the customer to burn product. Need to replace the UI to complete service. WASHER UNKNOWN WFW9250WW00 "arrived on site to inspect washer error code. Upon arrival, I found the unit with error code LF (F8E1). I placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no error code at the end of testing. I removed the hose connections and checked the valves and they were clear with no debris. Using my multimeter, I verified continuity to the valves. I checked ohms to the sensor at pins 21-22 and I found the sensor open. I removed the sensor hose and checked for any holes and found none. I blew through the hose and it was clear. I removed the drain pump filter and hose and it was clear. I removed and replaced the sensor and tested the unit in diagnostics and the unit operated as designed with no error codes. I ran the unit on a normal load, which the customer advised that after approximately ten minutes, the unit would stop and the error code would appear. I discovered a difference in the number of relays on the control and there are not the correct number of connector spades. The line VAC supply circuit on the original green board is different than the new blue and the connectors at both the bake and broil connections are missing the spades for the supply wires. The unit operated as designed but during agitate, it sounded as if the gearcase was making a grinding noise. I tilted the unit back and found that the cam pulley nut had backed out ad had cause the belt to rub on the pulley shield damaging the shield. The belt was good. I removed the shield and belt and tightened the pulley nut. I reinstalled the belt and shield and tested the unit and it operated as designed with no unusual noises No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

RANGE IKEA ISG650WS00 "ISG650WS00 Arrived to instal parts. I tested the unit and found the flame out issue being caused by an incorrect air shutter setting. The air/fuel ratio was much too high with air and the flame would not make it to the end of the flame tube with the door closed. After adjusting the air shutter, the flame was as it should be and did not extinguish when the door was closed. I allowed the unit to fully preheat and then cycle 5 times and on the 6th attempt, the unit would not relight and cooled. I removed and replaced the electronic control and tested. I found preheat for 350 at 458 and then 402, 441, 396, 435, 393, 435. Average was 415. I induced the maximum -35 offset and am ordering the sensor. 417, 340, 394 for a 367 average. No gas leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 12001655 (sensor,oven)"

Upon further inspection, I tested the unit by turning all of the burners on and the front right burner did not want to ignite. The Ignitor was arcing, but I found that the burner cap was not seated correctly. I advised the customer of my findings and corrected the issue. The burner came right on. I demonstrated what happens when the caps are not seated correctly with the back left burner and how to correct the issue. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
