"arrived on site to inspect one with no power. Upon further inspection, I found that the fuse had blown when the unit was in self clean mode. I pulled the unit from the wall and removed and replaced the fuse. I checked the TOD’s and they were open. Removed and replaced the TOD’s and also found that the terminal box at the back wall was melted and the shelf above the unit was badly warped. I advised the customer of my findings. Put the unit back in its space and tested and it operated/heated as designed. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with a no cool condition in the RC and the FC at 26 degrees and no ice. I explained to the customer that the unit would not make ice unless the icemaker was at 8 degrees and that the FC was struggling because it was trying to constantly cool the RC because the coil was covered in ice and frost. I found the sealed system components all working properly. I found the thermistors good and the fan working as designed. I checked the drain tube and found a 1/4” gap around the tube allowing warm air to get to the evaporator. I ran sealant around the tube to prevent this. Mr stated he would defrost the unit.

"arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burners. Upon further inspection, I tested the burners and all operated as designed. The front two burners took longer than expected. I find that the Ignitor wasn’t arcing correctly and instead of arcing straight up to the cap, it was bouncing all around the burner head on both front burners. I removed and replaced both burner heads and caps and tested and they operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
