I poured water in the drain pan and it did not drain from the fresh food section drain to the pan by the compressor. Inspected drain line at compressor and found it was plugged. This plug caused the fresh food section water to back up and it also caused the fresh food section drain line to freeze. This drain line is the wall and will need to be manually defrosted.

"arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. At the previous service call I found the drain pump not operating properly and the gearcase made a loud grinding whining noise. I removed the drain pump, gearcase and clutch and tested the unit and it operated as designed. Customer advised that she noticed the warm water function was not working and was not reported at the last service call. When I tested the unit, the warm water was operating, but when I removed the water hose from the valve, I found they had a good amount of debris in the screens. I found the door rubbing and hanging up on the wood door jamb trim to the right of the oven (see pics). I was with ms when she called the contractor and he stated he would get someone to plane the trim down. Ms stated the oven wouldn’t heat and I told the contractor it wasn’t getting L2 and he was calling the electrician. Call complete.
