The supply tube to the fill tube for the ice maker had came out and was leaking all ice maker fill water into the floor. I found the clamp was deformed and would not hold the tube in place and likely came from initial manufacture. I was able to bend the clamp back into place and tested. I found ice within the fill tube and removed and verified the ice maker filling as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Warranty applied."

The outside venting was missing the cap and the tube was left open and I advised the customer to have a vent cap installed. I found the servo seal had failed and water got into the lower harness area. The main control malfunctioned and sent line VAC to the vent wax motor at all times and the vent fan showed corrosion and will require the assembly. The UI has phantom indicators in at all times and the unit will not operate the drain pump after the water gets into the harness. The unit will require the UI , control, pump and motor and vent assembly. The customer elected to discuss with family due to cost. I advised the customer the quote is good for 30 days. DW100 $99.99. No leaks of the water supply observed during service."

COOKTOP JENN-AIR CVGX2423B Arrived onsite for the cooktop not burning correctly with yellow flames and not lighting correctly. I found the burner cap screws had come off and fallen into the Venturi’s and the chokes causing the flames to float and yellow. I removed the screw and tightened the burner caps. I tested the unit and the flames are burning correctly. I did find the switch on the left front burner sticking sometimes.
