"Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Due to previous complaints of not heating and several parts have been replaced, I contacted Techline and spoke to Steve. I advised of the history on this unit and Steve advised to turn the unit on. I tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. The unit began to heat as designed and reached preheat temps. Steve inquired about the warming drawer and I advised that there were only a large pan and a small pan inside. Steve advised that the drawer could be overloaded. He advised that unless the unit is failing, there’s nothing more to check and advised that he added to the previous file #7726116605. I measured the drawer from front to back and measured how far back the Ignitor was from the drawer and there’s at least 2 inches distance from the back of the drawer to the Ignitor, so I believe there’s no contact between the drawer and its contents to the Ignitor. Customer advised that this has happened before and he cycled the power to the unit and it worked fine, but this time, it failed. When I opened the door, the interior light came on, but still no panel lights. I verified voltage at the junction box (125V). When I opened the door, a red light came on on the main control and when I shut the door, the red light would turn off after a few seconds. "Arrived on site to diagnose noise coming from freezer compartment. Definitely heard noise coming from FC Evap fan. Re,laced back panels and found ice buildup around the fan and motor, but a normal acceptable frost pattern on the Evap. Removed icemaker and upper panel and saw that water had been running down the back wall around the fill tube. Reseated and adjust fill tube to make sure it was a secure fit, and applied a light amount of silicon around the tube to reduce splash. Lowered the water fill setting in the icemaker itself to reduce water levels. Retested and no water is running down the back wall. All is working as designed. Call complete."

"arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part(s). Per Techline’s recommendation, I removed and replaced the ice door assembly and tested the unit and it dispensed ice as designed; however, crushed ice was still coming out with the cubed even when not selecting the crushed option. I removed the ice bin and removed the ice and cleaned the remaining crushed ice from the bin and the dispenser area. I put a few cubes in the bin and reinstalled it and tested it. I could see that ice cubes were getting caught in between the first auger arm and the teal plate at the bottom of the ice bin and getting crushed. I removed and replaced the ice bin ad when installing the new bin, I found ice on the ice motor coupler. Removed the ice and retested and the ice maker dispensed the ice cubes as designed with only a few broken/crushed pieces. I advised the customer of my repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

One time it would overfill the washer and the next time the washer would fill correctly but the drain pump would stay on. I found the pressure hose good. The customer is having the hot water heater replaced at this time so it couldn’t be tested. Arrived onsite for the range heating unevenly. I tested the temperature in the oven with the set point at 350 degrees. The initial preheat temp max was at 405 degrees which is normal for this unit. The first cycle was between 349-361. I put a -10 degree offset in the control and tested again. The unit is cycling between 346 & 358 leaving the unit with a 352 degree average temp. The unit is working as designed. New build and the contractor was not available to sign the ticket. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for the dryer with long dry times. Mr stated that after I was here on the previous visit they did remove the wire mesh and clean the house duct. I found the dryer set on timed dry and no heat was selected when I powered the unit on. I set the unit to high heat and tested the temp. I found the unit averaging 149 degrees with the flex hose connected and the temps were cycling up and down fast indicating there are no restrictions. I tested the unit in a heavy duty cycle and had the same results. I did find the dryer a little to low in the rear preventing the clothing from touching the sensor bars correctly so I lowered the front feet. I went over checking the temp selection with the customer. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect range temps and door issues. Upon further inspection, I found the unit oven door not secured. When I removed the door, I found the right hinge damaged. I removed and replaced the hinges and placed the door back on and it operated and secured as designed. I tested temps in the oven on Bake at 350 degrees. My temp reading at preheat was 468 degrees. My next three readings were 341, 379, 352 for an average of 357 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Unit operated as designed. I manually tested the spin and agitate modes and during high speed spin, I could hear a tapping noise. I removed the drum and tested in spin mode again and could hear the gearcase making a tapping noise. I removed and replaced the gearcase and cam and calibrated.
