"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the refrigerator was not pushed back far enough from the last service call. I explained to the customer that there was a piece of tile behind the unit that was keeping the unit from being pushed back too far because if the unit is pushed back too far, the left rc door won’t open fully. The customer advised that they don’t know how the tile got behind the unit. When I went to raise the leveling feet, I noticed that there were moving cups under the feet/wheels. The customer advised that they attempted to move the unit, but were unable to. I removed the cups and raised the feet and pulled the unit and the customer moved the tile and other debris from behind the unit. I pushed the unit back into place and far enough from the wall to where the door will open fully and the ice bin can be removed with ease. I reset the leveling feet and leveled/squared the unit. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer opened the rc section door and showed me where the water was collecting on the top shelf. I found that the water was leaking from the vent hole going to the fc section. I removed all the contents in the fc section and a large amount of ice in the evaporator drain pan and the drain was frozen over, which is the cause of the water leaking into the rc section of the unit as it would spill over into the vent hole that leads to the rc section. I removed the Evap cover to expose the evaporator and its components. I was able to break away most of the ice by hand and I used my steamer for the remainder of ice. Using my steamer I was able to blow out the drain and clear the drain tube. I removed the back cover to verify that the drain tube was no longer clogged. "I removed and replaced both evaporators after noting the low side was in vacuum at 20” and the high side at 85 psi and cooling in the fc was minimal at 42 degrees and then charging and re-evaluating the system. After vacuuming for extended 20 minutes and then monitoring for an additional 20 minutes, I charged with the 4.65 oz of refrigerant as directed. The unit showed the same exact signs as prior and the frost pattern on the fc evaporator only grew to 5 inches, as it did prior to the evaporator replacement. I contacted the mfg, tech Mike. "Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found fresh food door is protruding out more than freezer door. It is still sealing properly on the gasket. Took several pictures. Found that when the fresh food door is opened it makes contact with the wood cabinet, The surrounding wooden cabinet does not have the correct space to allow the refrigerator to sit levels. Cabinets will need to be corrected then refrigerator level before any further adjustment or change of parts. Leveling both doors will also mean that wooden facade would be unlevel. "Arrived onsite for the range with the oven door not closing because of broken hinges, the door gasket is worn, the RF cooktop burner wont light, and the oven light bulb is broken in the socket. I found the hinges broken, the door gasket worn, the FR cooktop burner with a delayed ignition, and the light bulb burned out because the globe is missing. I replaced the hinges, door gasket, & oven light assembly. I cleaned the ignition holes in the RF burner and tested the burner. The burner lights correctly. I checked the oven temp at ms’s request and found the oven cycling between 329-371 leaving the oven with a 350 degree average temp. Call complete."

"arrived on site to inspect cooktop flames. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the middle burner flames were not right. I turned the burner on to test and found that when turning the larger burner on, sometimes it will pop and show an orange flame. I explained the orange flame issue with the customer and advised of the pipe dope getting into the gas line and mixing with the gas causing this. I verified that the orifices were clean/clear. I tested the other burners and all operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"added this call from the home to inspect the dishwasher not drying. I placed the unit in diagnostics to test with error code F6E1-low water dispensed. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit never dispensed water into the tub. Looking under the sink, I found that the water was not turned on. The customer advised that it was on when the builder did the final walk-through and must’ve turned it off afterwards. I turned the water on and restarted testing. The unit operated as designed; drain pump engaged and drained the water and using a cup of water, I tested the element by pouring the water on it and it sizzled and was very hot. I advised the customer that when the unit doesn’t operate correctly, the control can shut the element off as a safety precaution. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The compressor has operated within the ruptured sealed system condition for an extended period and was making excessive noise and will require replacement. Office to order fc evaporator, compressor, service port and non-dye drier. Please allow three hours for service and include oil free gauges. "Arrived onsite for the range with a clicking sound coming from the left rear burner when turned off. Mr also stated the little oven will not light. Mr stated that prior to the last company coming out, they had to turn on the large surface burners to get the large oven to light. I found the LR valve switch passing voltage all the time to the ignition module. I found the wire nut loose to the ignitor on the small oven and after tightening the connection the ignitor and oven worked as designed. The regulator is letting to much gas pressure in and locking the valves up on the ovens. I tapped the regulator and the flame size went down. Need to replace the switch and the regulator to complete service. The regulator is discontinued. Ordering switch. RS for Fri. 12/7; ordrng 1 WP73001321 (SWITCH- IG)"

Arrived onsite for the washer not completing a cycle. Ms stated the washer is completing the cycle after SM Replaced the control. Ms stated that the washer is over filling with water in the soak cycle. I tested the unit in auto diagnostics and the unit worked as designed. I checked stored error codes and found F8E1. I erased the code and checked the pressure switch line from the tub to the control and found no holes in the line. I removed the line from the control and blew thru it to make sure it was clear. When I reattached the hose the drain pump turned on. I disconnected the line and the pump turned off. I blew thru the line again and when I attached it to the control the pump stayed off. I removed the basket and found a lot of debris in the bottom of the tub. I suspect debris in the air trap and I advised ms to get a washer cleaner and clean the unit. Call complete. I called techline and reported my findings to David SR# 7723575762.
