"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining in spinning. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit doesnt finish cycles and its been happening ever since February when the previous company hadnt been out. Found that the washer was unlevel and adjusted the feet even out the washer. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. Ran unit to diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Customer advised of the issue does not happen unless clothes are in the unit so ran a load of towels through a casual wash. I sought with the customer through the fill, agitation, and first wash span. found the unit working and operating as designed. The unit went into a rent cycle and began to continue forward with agitation. Advise the customer of the issue may have been with her leveling of their washer, but that the unit is working as design. Arrived on site to test unit for loud vibration/humming noise. Was unable to mimic issue. Isolated all components individually and unable to replicate noise. Replaced fill valve as a precautionary. "Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is intermittently not turning on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit has only done this a few times but that they have had the washer not turning on whenever they go to start a cycle. The customer advised that she had tried to reach over to unplug the unit and was shocked off the back panel of the washer at one point and was concerned about the washer. Check the unit for any grounded wires and did not find any grounded wires or pinched wires. Check voltage off the back panel and found no voltage. Checked polarity from the wall and found proper polarity. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Check voltage of the washer from the ground wire to the neutral and found no voltage. Found 123 V from line one to neutral and ground. I did advise the customer that because they were shocked on the back panel, the most likely scenario that I could think of would be voltage coming through the ground circuit thereby energizing the cabinet. I did advise the customer that I did not see any issues necessarily with the washer and advised that it would most likely be an electrical supply issue. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I leveled the refrigerator as good as possible and explained to the customer that it slightly rocks when the doors are opened and closed because the floor at the back of the unit is not level. I went over getting shims from Home Depot to correct the issue and explained to them how to correct it. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is dripping from the top liner of the RC onto the top shelf and has a layer of ice in the bottom of the FC. The customer stated it was still cooling ok. I found the drip pan iced over. I removed the ice and ran my camera down the drain finding it clear. I found the defrost heater tubing not clipped in at the drain side keeping it from staying in contact with the pan. I corrected the tubing and mounted it correctly. I poured a cup of water down the drain and it went in the condenser pan fast. I tested the refrigerator and it is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees. I checked the harness at the bottom of the left FC door and it is good/no broken wires. I pulled the bottom two drawers out and found icicles at the vent at the bottom of the evap cover. When I began to remove the shelving, I found frost/ice on the bottoms of the shelves equivalent to an air leak. I closed the door and inspected the door gasket and it is sealed all the way around. I checked the bottom corner of the FC door where it meets the mullion and its sealed there too. I removed the sleeves and removed the evap cover and found what looks like some water spilled into the evaporator area and caused the icicles (photos). I placed the unit in diagnostics and forced a defrost and the ice began to melt. While in diagnostics, I tested the ice maker and it failed to harvest and fill. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and unit is operating as designed. I cleared the remaining ice and leveled the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"WRF989SDAF00 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. The customer advised me the cooling issues occurred in conjunction with a buzzing noise and failure to produce ice in the RC ice maker. Taking temperatures prior to inspection, I found the FC at 19?F and the 43?. Further inspection revealed a prior servicer had attempted to test or charge the system, adding a dye drier, but no low side service port. I recovered the system and then added the low side port. Vacuuming reached 210 microns and then additional monitoring showed no appreciable rise in 15 minutes. I charged with the MFG prescribed 5.5oz and tested. The unit resumed all normal functions and started cooling as designed.

"Arrived to inspect ice production issues. I found the evaporator plate had enough deposits on it that the ice would stick and melt approximately 75% of the slab. I cleaned the unit and verified the deposits were removed, allowing the slab to fall correctly. Due to recent prior service, I am waving the service call portion. No leaks observed during service.

Entered diagnostic and retrieved error code F68 pressure signal out of range. Gained access to the control and blew through the pressure hose and was clogged. Removed the hose from the tub and found that the hose was good and the problem was in the tub. I poked it with a screw driver and was able to clear the hose connection. I then installed everything back and calibrated the unit and was operating as designed. I advised the customer to run 2 cleaning cycles with affresh and 2 witch out. I also made them aware if it continues to get clogged we will have to replace the tub. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

Tested power to neutral and L1 from a separate cable and verified the control works when it's run off a separate 120v source. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the auger cover and coupling. I found the front and back left side rollers broken and the axle clips not staying on which caused the issue but only the front roller and rivet were ordered. I found the sealed system with a full charge. I removed the refrigerant and I replaced the compressor, drier, and installed an access valve on the compressor. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 68 grams of R600A. I tested the unit and found the compressor starting and running for about 7 seconds then the relay on the control would open and drop voltage to the compressor and the condenser fan. Arrived onsite for a washer that is leaking and making a loud knocking noise when its spinning. I found a chunk missing out of the bottom of the bellow in the center where it contacts the door causing the leak. I took a photo. I ran the service diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle. The customer had a video with audio of the noise the unit is making when it has a load in it. It sounded like a hammer drill when it was spinning. I inspected the basket and found play in it when moving it up and down causing a popping noise like a weld has broken on the rear of the basket. I reported my findings to CS and he is going to contact the trade partner team to see what can be done since the tub and basket were replaced just a few months ago.; O-emld tckt

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was leaking when in use. I tested the unit via a clean washer cycle. I confirmed a large amount of suds buildup, which is causing the unit to leak from the vent in the rear. Bellow is good and not leaking, and no drops were found anywhere other than the vent. Advised customer to clean unit and avoid using excessive detergent. No other failures found. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator freezing items on the top shelf. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found unit cooling properly. Noticed that upper shelf was raised and close to diffuser. Called tech line for assistance. Spoke to Ed SR#7736263616. Ran diagnostics check and found no errors. Checked compressor amperage and was 0.9amps. Unit seemed to be running efficiently. "Arrived on site to inspect upright freezer not cooling properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit door was left open for a brief period of time and it took a while for the unit to cool again. Also, they noticed ice building up at the bottom of the door. I checked the bottom of the door and found it badly warped (photo) but the unit is cooling inside. I advised the customer that the door and gasket would need to be replaced

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven door latch issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they performed a self clean cycle on the unit and once it was completed, the door latch continued to cycle open and closed and would not stop. I found the unit door would open and the door latch was broken as I could move the latch back and forth when it should be locked into place by the motor. I removed the top panel to gain access to the latch and found the latch arm bent and the spring had fallen off its mount.

"MVW7232HW0 Arrived to inspect washer not operating. I found the issue was the unit would not complete cycles and entering service test mode, F2E1, F0E3 and F2E2 stored in memory and cleared for testing. I found the gear case had lost a large amount of oil, flinging it around the inside of the cabinet and onto various motor-area parts. I removed and replaced the gear case and slider and re-calibrated. The unit operated as designed, no leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for door falling. Test unit and found crossed hinges. Secured hinges correctly test unit and unit test good.

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was washer leaking from the bottom. Tilted unit and found lower drain hose chewed up. I advised the customer that due to the failure it is something that wont be covered under warranty. I replaced the lower drain hose. Tested and unit was operating as designed. "Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was washer not draining at times. Tested unit and found it draining perfectly fine. I then removed the front cover to access the drain pump and found that the drain had a ball of some gooey material that could have been obstructing the drain hole on the pump. Removed and retest and found it draining perfectly fine. I advise the customer if it continues to give problems we will have to proceed with replacing pump and control. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found none. The customer advised the code theyve been finding is F70-no communication between controls. I tested the unit and while testing, I removed the top panel and I found a large amount of lint built up at the back of the unit due to the vent tube not being attached properly (photo). There is a block vent on the back of the unit. I found the unit is heating and operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose GE dishwasher that was not responding to commands and dead. On arrival I tested the console and found no response at all from the console. I removed the control and found its status light solid, not blinking to indicate CSM tripped. I cycled the breaker for the unit several times to reset the console. Once the console came on I ran through diagnostic. I found all items working correctly, control blinking the correct light. I tried to update the software on the unit, but software update was error in out after 5 seconds. Tried several times to restart but update would not take. Advised customer of findings. Customer would rather replace the unit than replace the electronics and update software. No further action taken, customer will use unit as is. Repair completed."

Powered unit on ran diagnostics fans and thermistors passed changed defrost setting to basic,exiting diagnostics unit ran through a defrost cycle and powered back on after cycle.

Ring bearing was out of place. Secured ring to drum and test unit. Unit is operating correctly. Job complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. On inspection the freezer was 48? and the RC was 59?. I gain access to the back of the unit and the compressor came on for 20 seconds and went off. Tested had voltage to the start device. I replaced the capacitor and the start device and retested the unit. The compressor came on immediate after i plugged the unit back in. I watched the freezer cool down to 10? before I left. Told the customer not to but anythings that were not in the refrigerator until tomorrow. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not cleaning. On inspection found the strainer was extremely clogged, cleaned and informed the customer that it needs to close about once a month. On further inspection found that the heating element was not getting hot. There was voltage to the heating element. Replaced the heating element and retested the unit, the heating element was hot after diagnostics was finished. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks were detected during service

"Arrived on site for unit not freezing. Removed evaporator cover found uv dye on right side of evaporator,traced dye leak to evaporator where heater is rubbing on the evaporator coil,uploaded picture. replaced defective evaporator,compressor and drier. Vacuumed system down unit kept vacuum,recharged system to manufacture spec powered unit on checked low die pressure good checked frost pattern good.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not draining. Test unit and found plug still attached to disposal. Removed drain plug test unit and unit test good.

Arrived onsite for not producing ice and found broken door harness causing ice production failure. Advised on the broken wiring and that the door is out of stock. Customer will request provision of door through kitchen-aid customer care.

Arrived onsite and replaced RC evap and compressor with dye drier and access port. No other issues with drain pan alignment or backflow. Pulled vacuum and charged with 5.5 oz of r134a refrigerant. Verified proper operation with compressor turn over and fan function. Advised customer to observe proper cooling for a few days to establish ongoing function before resuming normal use.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees. When I went to remove the ice bin, I found it full of ice. The customer advised that the dispenser wont dispense the ice. I tested the dispenser and found the motor functioning but no ice being dispensed. I pulled the ice bin out and found a large block of ice in the bin (photo). I removed the ice maker and found the fill tube chute clogged with ice and when the ice maker fills with water, the water is overflowing the chute into the ice bin. I cleaned the ice maker and ice bin and when I went to clean the ice box I found the fill tube dripping with water. I removed and replaced the dual valve and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

I found the ignitor illuminating, but it was taking longer than 20 seconds to heat. I removed and replaced the ignitor and tested and unit is operating as designed. Arrived onsite for a MW with no power. I checked for power at the wall but the breaker was not triggered. I tested the MW using a different wall outlet and for that the MW was operating as designed.

Arrived on site for no power. Upon arrival test polarity and there is no power at outlet. Plugged unit into another outlet and unit operates as designed. No leaks present at this time.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was leaking and did not spin out rugs. I examined the unit and found no error codes present. I ran a clean washer cycle and found a large amount of suds, and a leak coming from the door as well. Found debris sandwiched between the door and bellow, causing the leak. I cleaned the debris and retested and found no further leaks. Found no other issues with unit. Rugs cause unit to bang around and stop the cycle due to being heavy and unable to distribute the load equally, leading to off balance issues causing unit to stop. Advised to limit rugs in unit, regular loads should be working as designed at this time. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not fully completing cycles and left some clothes wet. I examined the unit and found the unit largely off level, requiring a 3/4 inch adjustment to center the basket on 2 corners. I used a level to confirm improvements and calibrated the unit. Verified with customer present and unit in a high speed spin there is no further abnormal vibration or noise. Found minor wear in the hub, if issue returns we can replace the hub. But unit is working as designed at this time. Repair completed."

"Don site for washer, making a squealing noise during random cycles at the beginning of fill/sensing cycle, as well as intermittently during rinse and spin. Upon arrival found cam assembly had worn belt markings and belt was stretched. Also found inlet valve intermittent with water flow(water pressure to valve was good). Replaced valve, splutch asm and belt. Found unit working as designed with no abnormal noises. Call complete"

Arrived onsite and replaced the control and main harness and water valve due to confirmed l1 dryer circuit failure. Unit continues to trip breaker upon being plugged in. Verified proper set up and installation. Confirmed proper voltages and polarity at wall outlet. Management to initiate diagnostic with techline.

Arrived onsite for dryer smelling like gas. Upon arrival inspected unit. Disassembled and found leak coming from burner assembly. Called safety team for documentation. "Arrived onsite for dryer taking a long time to dry. Upon arrival inspected unit. Inspected ignition components and all were good. Ran air flow test and passed. Unit is drying but according to customer, its leaving clothes damp at the end of a cycle and customer is having to run an additional 15-20 minutes. Notified customer that its possible the sensors are not picking up on the remaining moisture in the drum. Customer will run 2 test. 5 towels on sensor mode and 5 towels on timed dry. Its possible sensor mode is stopping prematurely. Customer will reply to office with outcome. If timed dry functions better, recommend replacing sensors and sensor harness. Job complete"
