"Arrived on site to install right RC door to resolve excessive moisture building in RC roof. I replaced the right side door and swapped over the skin. I checked my gasket contact before and after swapping the door, and feel the contact was OK, existing door gasket did have a couple small tears. The new door was installed and seals well. Based on the volume and location of the moisture i removed the RC evaporator cover and checked the evap. I found the evaporator had an excessive amount of ice built up from the center to right side, left side looked OK. Moisture/ice has permeated the Styrofoam, and the drips are melting ice from the evap cover. In order to correct this condition the styrofoam insulation on top and bottom of evap need to be replaced, along with the evap cover. Ordering parts. "Arrived onsite for unit not heating properly, taking multiple cycles. I ran the unit with the vent off and found the unit to cycle perfectly reaching 175 and dropping quick on off cycle. When I attached the vent and tested temps I found the unit to heat slowly and drop in temp very slow. "ED5FHEXVB01 Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking water. On arrival I seen client had clothes front right side of refrigerator I inspected icemaker, water fill all looked good. Further inspection I found large sheet of ice on the bottom of the RC I removed large sheet of ice then I removed all ice from the drain hole. I then removed back cover of the product and i found drain hose was clogged i used my steamer to get rid of all debri. I tested with a cup of water down the drain hole of the refrigerator product is working as its designed. No parts used no water leaks visible from main water supply."

The customer stated that she ran a few cycles on one load that seemed to be running dry, where the pod had not fully dissolved, but she could hear the wash motor running. She stated that 1 cycle completely seemed to have no water inside of the dishwasher at all. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. The customer advised that he was able to run through two washes before the issue came back. He advised that the lid had been locked with clothes in it, but he was finally able to get it unlocked. Upon arrival, I found water at the bottom of the drum and gained access underneath. I started wiggling the wires and found the drain pump.Start kicking on indicating an issue with the wire harness. I replaced the wire harness and during the course of replacing the harness, I found the cam and belt, extremely worn. I replaced both of those parts as well and tested the unit. The customer advised that the unit just completely lost power in the middle of a cycle and then it has not powered on since. She advised that her husband had to separate the lid in the latch assembly in order to get stuff out. I found the latch assembly broken. I plugged in the unit and found no response from the control. I checked voltage, going to the control and found 123 V but the control wouldn't respond to any buttons or dial movement. I checked my loads and found all within range. I went to order the control and return with the latch. I advised the customer that the control was out of stock for the time being and that it could be within a week to several weeks. The customer stated that he was really good friends with the company that sold him.The washing machine and called the company. They advised the customer to just bring the machine back to the store, and they would exchange it. The customer advised that no further service was necessary. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they found a small amount of water on the floor at the front of the unit and would travel to the left side. I checked the door inner glass, bellow, and bellow drain area and found debris (dog hair) at the bottom of the inner glass and some in and inside the bellow that is creating a small channel for water to escape at the bottom of the door. Also found dry water streaks on the front panel at the bottom of the opening where the water has been leaking. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. Customer advised that if they're outside watering or if the water is on inside the house and they're performing a wash, the water pressure drops. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I manually tested the valves and they are operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, including cleaning the inner door glass and bellow when done with washing. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit. I found the ice maker will harvest but not fill. During the fill tube testing, I could hear the valve energizing. I checked the fill tube and found frost built up inside and using my steamer, I cleared the frost and allowed my steamer to c.ear the tube for approximately 1 minute. I found the customer had the FC temp set on 4 bars and corrected to 3 bars (recommended manufacturer setting). I rested the fill tube and it is operating as designed. Alao, I found the filter housing door spring had come separated from the door. I adjusted and corrected the door and spring and tested operations and the filter housing door and arm are operating as designed. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Arrived onsite for prediagnosed parts upon arrival removed cover with chain lights & replaced them with new found the connectors are different called GC about the issue he further advised me to call techline Sr#7741625983 with findings they didn't have a fix or correct part explained to customer what's going on they are good with not fixing the lights at the cover customer is happy with what they have currently unit is working as designed no leaks observed during service

Arrived on-site for lid not locking. Latch was clicking but not locking fully. Installed latch(w11513248) and tested latch. Everything is working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the RC section warm and the FC section cool. I removed the evap cover to find only the bottom coils with frost. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the compressor and found the compressor very hot to touch. Using my black light, I checked for system leaks and found none. When I removed the access valve cap, it felt oily. I put my black light to it and found dye from the refrigerant. I checked the shrader valve and it was sacred and tight. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the compressor, access valve, UV dye drier and CNOTE-SCHEDULE AS FIRST CALL/UNIT IN GARAGE. No water leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 CNOTE (SCHEDULE AS FIRST CALL/UNIT IN GARAGE) and 1 WPW10143759 (Uv drier) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 R600coppercaptube (R600 copper cap tube)"

Arrived on-site for unit not heating. Found the element had lots of rust on it but still getting good resistance. I replaced the control(W11087206) and element(w10703867) and cycled unit. Everything is working as designed. Advised customer to use a rinse agent to help dry the dishes.

Arrived on-site for unit it stuck in drain mode. Found the unit wouldn't go into diagnostics. It drained constantly. No leaks from the valves. Pressure hose is in good shape. I'm ordering W11607637 control for return visit per service pointer. Office will need to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11607637 (Control)

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not completing cycles. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they tried a wash cycle and water leaked from the bottom and the display would jump from sensing to done and wash the clothing. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and found no signs of water leaks and all components were good underneath. I made contact with the previous tech and they advised they hadn't performed a calibration after replacing parts. I calibrated the unit and retested in diagnostics two more times, and the unit continues to operate as designed. I found the inlet valve spout had some oxidation on the openings and the water was spraying when it was being dispensed and traveling in between the tub assembly and the cabinet and flowing down to the floor. I advised the customer of my findings and demonstrated how to clean the spout openings for future reference. Unit is currently operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for Air Baking function slow to preheat. Upon arrival, ran Air Baking and found feature cycling correctly. Bake burner burns for little over 1 minute, cuts off and ignites after 10 seconds. Found convection fan cycling as normal. Referee customer to owners manual on Service Matters with a more detailed description in regards to Air Fry and Air Baking. Unit is functioning as designed. No parts needed"

Arrived on-site for lid not locking. Verified the issue. Installed new latch(w11513248) and tested the lock. Everything is working as designed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker, customer stated that it was tripping breaker but now it running good, tested unit could not replicate issue, do to a random event, it's possible the control is going bad, replaced as precautionary and advised customer to monitor, at this time unit is running as designed no leaks detected job complete installed W11043763"

Arrived onsite for unit leaking. Customer showed a video of the leak. I found the heater to have the metal bushings broken off and causing the leak. Unit falls within service pointer and has never been replaced. I replaced the heater and tested the unit. Unit no longer leaks and is working as designed. No leaks present. Call complete. Arrived onsite for unit not washing. I found a F4E3 motor error code and confirmed wash motor not operating. I replaced the pump and motor and ran the unit. Unit is now running as designed and no leaks are present. Call complet installed W11613479 MOTOR & SUMP.

"Arrived on site for right rear burner not working. Vacant apt. Under construction, tested and confirmed right rear element not working. Removed cooktop. Element and wires check ok. My testing shows the dispenser and the float switch to be working, error is for the heater.. heater is not working because wash pump is getting stuck. Replaced motor assembly. Verified operation. Arrived on site for unit not displaying or powering on. Turn3d burner on indicator would come on but burner won't heat. Tried bake display wouldn't come on. Checked voltage and found terminal block blown took pictures. Unit will need new terminal block ordering part office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 WPW10245259 (Terminal block)

Arrived on site to test unit for not draining. Found drain pump receiving voyage but not engaging. Removed water from tub and removed drain pump. Found a good chain necklace caught is pump preventing it from engaging. Replaced pump(W11388437) and control(W11399437). Unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Customer stated he turned power off and recently turned power back on and had been working as designed. Customer denied service at this time. If any work is needed in what would recommend 2men as units are stacked. No service provided. No fee collected.

Arrived on site to repair sealed system issue. Found unit working as designed on arrival. Compressor running and pulling .9amps. Ideal frost pattern built up on evap. Temps correct in both compartments. Found FC rails were preventing FC door from closing properly also found FC light not engaging. Ordering parts pertaining to current issues and advised customer to monitor current cooling issues and to leave unit plugged in even if unit fails.
