WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW8800YC1 "arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. The unit operated as designed with no error codes and no water leaks. I tested the unit manually and tested the valve log and found it defective as no water went into any of the cups. I tilted the back and checked underneath the unit and found that the rotor had rust debris on the outer surface. I removed the rotor and found rust debris on the stator and the bearing was badly rusted with water on it. I am ordering the valve and returning with prescreened parts. I scheduled return service for 01/22/19. No water leaks observed during service only evidence of a leak at the bearing.; ordrng 1 CNOTE (2 HR JOB) and 1 W10853723 (valve)"

Apartment complex maintenance is aware this vent exhaust has a very long travel. It has been cleaned recently buy an external company but airflow is still poor no replacement of parts or adjustment to dryer can correct issue. Dryer is new and there is no lint in the interior, job complete"

RANGE JENN-AIR SVD48600P Arrived onsite for the range with the oven door not closing properly and sealing again. Mr stated the light stopped working again. I found the light bulb burned out because the door switch broke and fell into the chassis. The door switch is not available and I explained this to mr and he said they could live without it. I inspected the hinges and the receivers and both looked good but the door was staying opened at the top. I changed the hinges again and the door sets flush with the chassis and seals correctly. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFF507ESS01 "arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the UI control, main control and RC Evap sensor harness. I removed the back cover and found the drain tube gapped. When I removed the drain tube, I found water trapped at the main rubber grommet. I removed the drain tube from the unit and blew through the top of the tube and found the tube was clogged. I was able to removed the blockage (insulation) and reinstalled the tube. Using manufacturers approved silicone, I sealed the tube to the chassis to eliminate the gap. I plugged the unit in and tested the unit and it began to cool immediately. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of diagnostics. I shook water from the upper rack onto the element to make sure it was working and it sizzled when the water came in contact with it. I tested the water at the sink and found that it took a long time to heat up. I recommended to the customer that they run the sink water and purge the hot water ad then turn the unit on to allow nothing but hot water to enter the unit. Made recommendations on use and care and types of detergent/rinse aids to use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
