"Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that was starting to loop 45 mins into a cycle repeatedly until stopped intermittently. Called Whirlpool tech line (SR7726338876) and performed diagnostics. Dishwasher did complete a diagnostic cycle as normal. Tech line requested a measure of the incoming hot water. Measured hot water at 148 degrees and rising. Per tech line the temp needs to be 120 - 125, and water temp must be reduced. The hotter temps will cause the OWI to fog up and think it’s covered in soap and will cycle to attempt to clear the soap, but can not unfog this way. hot water heater was almost on highest possible setting and was reduced. All is now working as designed and can only be tested with normal cycles at this reduced temp. Next step would be OWI replacement if issue persists. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose one a microwave that had a line / dead led panel on front door. On arrival screen was blanked out with a single line. Contacted Whirlpool tech line. SR7726335455. When checking pin outs on the control, they were labeled different then on the tech sheet, and may be a discrepancy. Cycled breakers and confirmed it is on a circuit alone. Tech line said to check the harness resistance, however the tech sheet and actual control boards are not lining up. Recommendation from tech like is to contact our vendor to test and confirm they are sending the correct parts. Per tech line we should order and replace the door and main control, and harnesses as well. Ordering W10508741 harness and W10902490 door cable.After reassembling Control and plugging things back in the lines are gone and functioning correctly. Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that is not making ice since the last repair. I ran harvest test 44 and found the icemaker not running. I found the molex connector for the ice machine had come disconnected. I reconnected the connector and retested. The unit completed the harvest cycle and worked as designed. The customer stated the toe kick wasn’t fitting correctly on the left side. I found the wire harnesses and water lines not routed correctly and pushing the toe kick out. I corrected the harnesses and water lines. The toe kick fits correctly now. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
