Performed diagnostics mode and confirmed failure. Called tech support and spoke with Dave. He stated due to cooking style that failure will occur when to much steam get to UI. Recommend to replace UI. Spoke with customer on failure and she stated that she did not pull unit to replace UI. Inspected door gasket and found no issues. Tested all key functions and all tested good.

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher falling out of cabinet. Upon further inspection, I found the unit was leaning forward and when opening the door, the drawers would come rolling out. I found that when the unit was installed, the leveling legs were not flush with the tile floor and had fallen off of the tile floor onto the concrete floor; about a 1/4 inch drop causing the unit to tilt forward from the top. I removed the the mounting screws and raise the legs ad pulled the unit forward where the legs were on the tile floor. Leveled the unit and used the prescreened side mounting brackets and remounted the unit to secure it. The customer had some extra tile flooring and I placed some behind leveling legs where the tile floor ended under the unit. Tested the unit and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site for the unit is not cooling in the fresh food section. Customer advised that there will be excessive frost buildup in the fresh food evaporator. Remove the fresh food evaporator cover and found the thermistor was not clipped on to the evaporator and is defective. Replace the harness with the thermistor and tested the unit. Unit works properly and all water connections were dry at the time of service.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator having slow ice production. Measured temperature in ice container at 16°. Measured temperature in freezer at 3°. Performed diagnostics mode and found unit in 8 hour defrost cycle. Tested ice maker operation, found ice dropped. Ran fill test and checked ice maker mold and found water. Tested ice box fan and checked air flow. Checked ice maker thermistor and passed. Checked ice level sensor and found operating correctly. Called tech support and spoke with Andrew he stated that there is either harness problem with ice box fan or intermittent failure with fan motor. Removed ice maker and tested harness resistance. Found ice box fan at fault. Removed ice box fan and installed new. Tested operation, all tested good. No water leaks present.
