Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found fault code F8-E6 water hazard, F0-E3 overload, F3-E2 temperature fault and F7-E0 power lose. Ran manual test and connected power cord to amp draw meter. Activated all functions of unit. Continue to switch back and forth to agitation and spin. Found unit never drawing over 2.5 amps. Called whirlpool tech support and spoke with TJ. He stated that the washer was not compatible with GFIC (SR#7724131129). Did found faulty inlet valve but has nothing to do with breaker being tripped. No labor due to prior service, Inlet valve $99.88 plus tax $8.24 total of $108.12. Customer approved repair. Schedule return for Monday the 18th. ; ordrng 1 W11220230 (INLET VALVE)"

DISHWASHER MAYTAG MDB8959SBS0 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher having a burning smell. Upon further inspection, I found that the power was on to the unit, but I could not get the UI to respond. Customer said they smelled burning plastic when it stopped running. I removed the outer door panel and found the control had shorted and melted. The dispenser had shorted as well and the harness needed to be replaced. Also found that the UI panel was burnt at the ribbon. I removed and replaced the harness, dispenser, main control, and UI panel and tested in diagnostics. Unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I found that the element was heating. Using my dryer vent test, I tested the airflow and the unit failed two out of two times. I removed the back panel and removed the lint chute assembly to verify that the blower wheel was turning and it was. I opened the top panel and found no lint inside the cabinet. The customer advised that they recently had the vents cleaned out and was concerned the unit lint filter wasn’t catching the lint. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and the they need to have someone come out and check the vents again. No lint observed during service, job completed."

I found that the ice door was not closing all the way, approximately 1/4 inch gap, creating a good seal and allowing warm air to flow into the ice bin and melt the ice. I removed the ice bin and found a small amount of ice built up on the auger. Using my steamer, I removed the ice. I gained authorization from MS to replace the ice door module. I tested the ice dispenser and it operated as designed, and the door created a good seal as well. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS325FDAM04 Arrived on site for the unit is not working properly. Customer advised that the unit is freezing food in the middle section of the fresh food compartment. Found a dial for the refrigerator is set to the coldest setting. There is proper airflow but the returning air vent is blocked. Called Whirlpool Sr#7724420288 David and advice to put the Settings back to the recommended. Instructed the customer not to block the returning air vent and not to put food all the way to the back of the shelf. Unit is working properly and all water connections were dry at the time of service.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF736SDAM14 "Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found. Water dispenser is not giving any water but valves can be heard energizing. Ran test 57 and icemaker cycle properly. Ran test 45 and icemaker did not fill but valves are energizing here as well. Disconnected incoming water supply line from water filter housing and water will dispense here. Tried other side and water filter housing is good. Disconnected waterline from door dispenser to do all valves and the water inside of it drains out immediately from the dispenser this waterline is good. Sound reservoir is frozen. Recommended that customer defrost the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. If refrigerator will still not dispense water after they defrost, a new reservoir will be needed. reservoir is $74.72. Customer will contact the office if they want to replace the reservoir. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete"

Made it to attempt to put old main board back and still same issue. Verified all connections and check continuity through all wires all checked OK. It has been 3 main boards and 2 pump assembly, harness and mcu. Spoke to CS and will address call. No leaks present. Job complete."
