REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX735SDBM04 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that she found her refrigerator shooting water from the top back left corner and had water all over her floor and the ice maker had stopped working. I found that the rubber portion of the ice maker fill tube located at the top back left corner of the unit had a tear in it. I pulled the ice maker and found the water chute full of ice and the fill tube was blocked with ice. When I removed the ice from the chute, I found a large piece of styrofoam clogging the chute into the ice tray which caused the water to back up in the chute and freeze and freeze into the fill tube. I advised the customer of my findings and turned the water off at the wall outlet. I am ordering the fill tube and will return with all prescreened parts. I scheduled return service for 02/07/19. I checked the UI connection to the main control and it was loose. I reconnected it and tested the unit and the unit operated intermittently. I removed and replaced the UI console and retested. I found that the control was not providing voltage to the motor. I replaced the control and retested and the unit operated as designed. I replaced the upper rack per Technical Service Pointer #: ?W11296667. To complete the proper function of the upper rack, the adjusters will need to be replaced. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the original light burnt out ad when they went to replace it, the bulb broke leaving the base in the holder. When they went to remove the holder, the unit arced. I removed the control and found that the control was bad. I removed and replaced the control and using the bulb that was prescreened, I tested the unit and the light did not come on. I found the bulb was defective. I put an LED bulb in and tested and the light came on. I explained to the customer that the LED bulb will not work in this unit and demonstrated what it does. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Job completed. I advised the customer to contact whirlpool to purchase the correct bulb."

Open Console to find that the pressure hose was not hooked up to the control board. Reconnected hose. Set unit for normal wash. Watch unit from start all the way to the beginning of the rinse cycle. Operations are now normal and all water connections are dry."

I found water dripping at the bellow where the fill hose and nozzle enters in because the bellow at the bottom of the nozzle had rolled and wasn’t sealing properly. I corrected the connection and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. There were no other water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED75HEFW1 Arrived onsite for the dryer with a no heat condition. Ms stated the unit tumbles but doesn’t heat. I found L2 at the wall outlet dead. I had 121VAC from L1 to N but only 2VAC from L2 to N. Upon further inspection I found the wall out let causing the issue. I could pull the plug to the right and get 237VAC to the dryer and it would heat. I showed this to mr and he is going to call an electrician to have the wall outlet changed. Call complete.

Dish Washer is progressing properly and could not find any leaks from incoming water line, valve, sump and motor, drain pump, or drain line. Inspected drain connection at garbage disposal and found no high drain loop. Previous repair companies have never corrected it.
