The customer advised that the builder looked at the unit and said the wiring was good. I pulled the unit from its space and found that the red wire was badly burnt at the terminal block and the red wire to the power cord was badly burnt also. I removed and replaced the main wiring harness ad will have to order the power cord in order to be able to further inspect the unit. I am ordering the 4 prong power cord ad will return with the main control. I scheduled return service for 12/12/18. The unit was left unplugged.; ordrng 1 TJ614 (RANGE POWER CORD)"

Upon further inspection, I found lots of water on the floor near the back and sides on the unit and some in the front of the unit on the floor. I pulled the unit forward and found the hot water hose leaking at the valve connection ad running down the back of the unit (picture taken). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and there were no error codes. The unit operated as designed and I found no other leaks. DRYER LG DLEX2501W "DLEX2501W Arrived to inspect no heat. I found the unit had experienced a failed thermal device, as in prior service and I removed and inspected the element. The element showed signs of airflow restriction and I removed and replaced it, after quoting the customer. I reassembled and tested the unit and found after 10 minutes of operation the unit had internal air plenum measured cycling temperatures of 130 to 201 degrees average over three cycles at high temperature setting and with a very good rate of temperature decline. Manual and automatic dry both tested the same. The internally measured no load temperature tests show no issues with the relays on the control and denote very good airflow. I advised the customer of my findings, repair and testing.
