"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door not closing. Upon further inspection, I found the unit door banging on the left upper corner when closing the door. I adjusted the leveling feet and was able to get the door to close properly; however, the front legs are badly bent causing the door hinges to rub on the tub when the door is open all the way. I contacted the builder and advised of the issue and advised that the tub would need to be replaced. I am ordering the tub and sump/motor assembly and CNOTE-LSO & CNOTE-2HR JOB. "Arrived on site to diagnose icemaker that was not producing ice. Customer informed me they had come back from out of town and unit was completely dry and making noise. They shut unit down afterwards. Ran diagnostic on unit and confirmed proper function from most components, however when filling it stopped early. Ran a regular cycle to test, and once unit started filling it just kept pouring and pouring and did not stop. Cut cycle off. Replaced recirc pump and retested. Unit now stops filling at appropriate fill level and properly cycles. All is now working as designed."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found that none of the fans were on and the compressor was off as well. I tested the unit by turning the thermostats on and off and at first the unit failed, but after testing again, the unit came on. When I went to pull the unit form the wall, the condenser fan came on and the compressor came on. I tested amp draw from the compressor and got 2.15amps. When the compressor turned off after approximately 5-8 mins of operating, I could hear the start device attempting to start the compressor and showing 16amps. Once it came on, I got the same 2.15amps. I advised the customer the unit would need a sealed system repair consisting of replacing the compressor as possible the evaporator, if needed

I disassembled the FC section and found the fan mount loose. Once tightened, I turned the fan on and it was quieter than before. I advised the customer that due to the rpm’s of the fan motor, it will make a louder noise than older unit fans. I checked the unit in diagnostics and on test 7 I switched the defrost timing to #2 instead of #1 due to finding a small amount of ice buildup on the evaporator. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 399. Next five readings were 414, 321, 379, 319, 358 for an average of 358 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and no repairs needed at this time. Also recommended to the customer to connect their wall oven to their WiFi in order for them to receive and software updates. Provided the info to the Connect team- 866-333-4591. Job completed."

"arrived on site to install previously diagnosed ad ordered parts. Upon arrival, I tested voltage from the control to the lower cooling fan and at first got no voltage. I tested again and got 124V. Due to the intermittent readings and the F8E1 error code, I removed and replaced the lower oven control ad lower blower fan and retested. Unit operated as designed; however, the unit showed error code F6E4. Following the tech sheet, I removed and replaced the main ACU and retested ad unit is operating as designed with no error codes. I recommended to the customer to contact the Whirlpool Connect team- 866-333-4591 and connect the unit to WiFi to receive software updates. Job completed."
