"Arrived onsite for dryer not working. On inspection found that the drum light would turn on when door opened, nothings else worked. Tested voltage at terminal block and it was 247vac. Tested the timer and only had 124vac. Replaced the timer and turn the unit on and it was spinning. It ran for 5 minutes before it just turn off. I retested the timer again and was only gettin the 124vac again something knocks the new timer out. Called WP tech line and talked with Jonathan. We isolate the issues to the motor. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the center burner shuts off when going from simmer to medium flame. I tested all burners and all but the center burner are operating as designed. I found, with the center burner, that going from high flame to medium, the flame is very large and when going from medium to simmer it operates correctly. But when going from simmer to medium, the burner shuts off and wont re-ignite and I had to turn the valve back to ignite/high to get it ignite again. I cleaned the orifices and most of the debris from under the burner head and retested and got the same results. All of the orifices are correct. I am ordering the center valve, center orifice holder, center burner head and cap assembly and scheduled return service. I found the frost pattern stopping about 18 inches along the evaporator from the capillary tube. I found the compressor running but the high side line was about the same temp as the suction line. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out a small water puddle at the front of the unit just under the FC door. I inspected under the FC door and found no gaps. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and found a large amount of water behind the unit and some water damage to the baseboards (photos). After further inspection, I found the inlet valve is leaking (photo). The customer provided some towels to clean up the water. I went in to service mode and forced the evap fan on. I put my thermostat probe into where the air blows out in the temperature was 36? while the fan was on. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit and tested and immediately it began to make a loud screeching noise. I removed the top panel and disassembled the unit and found the tension pulley almost seized to the axle; the four rollers were almost seized as well and the belt was beginning to fray.. I removed and replaced all four rollers, tension pulley and belt and cleaned the roller axles and cleaned the unit (before/after photos). Reassembled the unit and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for washer not draining and bad gear case. On inspection the unit had F9E1 error again. Tried to use service mode to drain the unit with no luck. I ohmed 5he pump from the harness and it was 100 ohms. It should be 19 ohms. The last visit it was open, I drain the tub and tested the pump at the pump, it was 19 ohms. Went back and tested the pump at the control board and it was 19 Ohms. I stared a quick wash and as the tub filled up the error F9E1 came back. Tested the pump at the control board again and it was 100 ohms. I pulled the clothes out and the pump ohmed out at 19 ohms. The wiring harness is bad, when there is weight in the unit it will not pump. Arrived on site for wall oven microwave combo reseting power intermittently. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Upon further inspection I found generic outlet connection installed on power cord and plugged into an outlet behind oven. Found that outlet is positioned in such a way that it cant be lowered and the plug wont fully seat all the way in and wiggles freely out of the socket. Called techline and spoke with Andrew Sr#773627104. Was I struct3d to have customer to replace outlet with proper junction box per installation Manuel before continuing with any repairs. If issue is present after junction is installed then power cord and main control will be needed. Unit is working as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to install a new microwave control and microwave light bulb. Before beginning, I read the previous techs notes regarding the open/close door error and issues with the control panel keys. I found service pointer #W11493384 regarding the open/close door error and found after following the tech sheet that the inner door panel needs to be replaced and possibly the hinges. I found the unit is connected to WiFi and customer advised that the microwave on key was failing until the power was cycled at the breaker. I advised the customer that the control panel will,need to,be replaced as well, along with the inner door panel, microwave control board and microwave light.

Also flame on front center burner is too large and too yellow. Arrived on site for washer that making a noise. On inspection the washer has a hi pitch grinding noise in spin. Flipped the 7nit up in found oil all over the bottom of the unit. Customer is going to buy new. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and manually tested. I tested the agitate mode and the unit agitated one time then the entire unit shut down and the lid unlocked. I manually tested spin and the unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and inspected the actuator, motor, capacitor, harness and all looked good. I tested the harness and found it to have good continuity from the control to the actuator, motor and capacitor. Tested voltage at the wall and its getting 123V. I attempted to calibrate the unit and could hear the actuator (loud) and when the unit went to agitate, again it shut down. I removed and replaced the actuator and recalibrated and got the same results. I tested the control and found it not putting out voltage to the components. I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated and retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Austin and advised of the complaint, unit repair history, and my findings and repairs today. Austin provided SR#7736269805. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is making weird sounds off of the back of the unit. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit stopped making the noise, but wanted to make sure there wasnt an issue with the unit. Checked behind the unit and found that the condenser fan blade had fallen off the shaft. Attempted to fit the fan blade back on the shaft and found it loose. Plugged the unit in and found the fan blade immediately start making noise and fall off the condenser motor shaft. Found no abnormalities to the condenser fan motor. Arrived on site to test replace blower. Took unit out and found noise gasket stuck in blower. Removed gasket test unit and unit test good.

"Arrived on site to install new double valve to resolve no simmer function on center burner. On arrival i found no adjustment had been made to the existing valve, and this should resolve the issue. I adjusted the dual valve and was able to get the simmer function to work properly. If the valve is turned too slow / too often it has a small chance of sputtering out when transitioning. I advised customer there were no further improvements i could make. I called and reported to tech line, SR7736266259. Tech line advised they have a recent engineering note that they have revised and released an updated dual valve and to replace that and retest. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found breaker to range tripped(located outside, gfci/afci protected), restored power to unit and checked power from outlet. Found proper 240/polarity correct. Oven sensor was 1.08kohms at ACU connector as well as directly at sensor. Bake element was 22.7ohms, broil element was 16.4ohms. Found oven tripping after 1minute of preheating at 13.5amps. Found highest amp peak was 15 and lowest was 10.5. Reported findings to techline Chris sr#7736265720. "WED4815EW1 Arrived to inspect dryer not heating. I found the issue was actually the dryer not completely drying garments and taking multiple attempts to dry. I found the venting to the outside was severely restricted and advised the customer they would need to have the venting from the wall behind the unit, to the outside cleaned. Testing with the vent disconnected, the unit heated and cycled as designed."

"MEC8836HS00 Arrived to inspect hot surface light staying lit. I verified the issue and during testing, the light went out and the entire cooktop was cool. I heated with the top off and found the recently replaced element assembly was defective. Tapping in the area of the recently replaced burner caused the light to go out. I removed and replaced the faulty burner assembly and tested. The unit heated and cycled as designed and the light was operative."

Arrived on site to test unit for UI not responding. Found not buttons working. Did a hard reset test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for oven not heating correctly. On inspection the oven heat to 407? and 321?. The oven is operating as designed. Informed the customer on how the oven heats up. That when the unit is set for 350? that is the avg. of the high temp and the low temp.

Arrived onsite for MW with no display. On inspection there was no power to the house. Ran power from the house next store and when we powered the unit up. The display was working ran the unit for 10 seconds and the turntable was spinning. Told the supervisor to call if it does not work when the power to the house comes back online.

Traced wiring with tech line till I found the wiring in the harness side of the molex for the door switches was backwards, and switches were in reversed position. I reversed my wiring at the door switches and retested. Verified proper operation at this time. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that had ice clumping in the bucket. On further examination found the ice was not melting, but had water trails and water sticking cubes together. When I ran the icemaker I found only 7 cubes were made, and they were thin. Unit did harvest. When i ran the fill I found the unit was barely trickling water into the icemaker and the dispenser both. Customer has unit running on an RO system with low pressure. This low pressure may be causing the failures. Unit fill valve may not have enough pressure to properly actuate, or unit has too few small cubes that aren't properly harvesting. This may be causing the icemaker to spray / fill on top of existing ice. I informed the customer that she needs to resolve the pressure situation first, and at that point if the issue persists with good pressure, we can reevaluate for a weeping valve, or issue with icemaker dropping. Returning tech needs to verify good pressure at the unit and trace the ice trail if its still present. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for error f3e0(open oven sensor). Found oven sensor was reading OOW directly at molex connection. Replaced sensor and heater unit to 350 with no issues. Unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Disassembled unit and found loose magnet on the mag, and a scorch mark on the capacitor. Replaced cap mag and diode and retested. Verified proper heating. Unit working as designed. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found ice was starting to build on evaporator cover again. Called tech line for assistance. Spoke to Nate. Recommended checking defrost sensor for correct reading (8.75 k ohms) reading was slightly off. Replaced sensor. Tech recommended removing sensor clip and attaching sensor directly to suction line. Arrived onsite for washer giving long drain error codes again. Upon arrival inspected unit. Activated drain pump and did not energize. Inspected underneath unit and found previous repair did not hold. Secured connector ant pump properly. Tested unit and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived onsite to replace faulty ice maker. Replaced ice maker and tested. Completed harvest and fill test. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped cooling correctly after the compressor was replaced again. I found the freezer just under freezing and I could hear the refrigerant spitting at the evaporator. I tested pressures and found the low side at -22 psi and the high side at 40 psi. I powered the unit off and found the pressures not equalizing properly and very slow. I removed the refrigerant and the drier. I found the drier restricted. I cut the drier open and inspected the beads finding the bottom 1/3 full of burned oil debris, the middle 1/3 just discolored from oil, and the top third clean. I blew nitrogen thru the condenser and yoder loop to make sure they were clean and oil free getting a little oil out of them. I blew nitrogen thru the capillary tube and found it clear. I installed a new drier, vacuumed the system and charged it with 56 grams of R600A. I tested the unit and the low side was at -10 psi and I had good refrigerant flow at the evaporator. I explained to the customer to give it two weeks before loading it up with product to make sure there are no other issues. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a torn door gasket. I found the left side RC gasket tearing. I replaced the gasket and used my heat gun to form it and get it to seal properly. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I installed the new reservoir, inlet valve and filter and tested the unit and found that the water flow returned to normal. Job completed no leaks"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit cooling but not getting to set temps. I removed the evap cover to find almost no frost pattern equivalent to a leak. I pulled the unit out and using my black light, I found where the drier had leaked at the Yoder loop (photo). I evacuated the system and removed and replaced the UV dye drier and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good while monitoring and I used liquid leak detector around my welds and previous welds and all were good. I installed 55g of R600 refrigerant and monitored the unit for approximately 15 mins. The evaporator had a good frost pattern and the unit is beginning to cool. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
