"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has dispenser issues where it seems loud, and the unit was not getting as cool as it should. Upon arrival I found out through the customers that the unit has been sitting running for a while with nothing in both sections. And when the put items in the refrigerator the temp dropped and is not stable which I checked with my temp sensor. Rc is at 32* and the unit set to 33* the fc at -2*set to 0*. There was some condensation setting on the inside of some of the containers in the RC but this is normal as some food item have more moisture in the the others and when temps change/fall it give off the moisture as condensation. No frost buildup on the back of fc. I adjusted the right side door to help with sealing and to keep it from running into the customers counter. Unit is operating as designed, i then checked designed and found that the noise heard is normal and the volume of the noise is normal as well."

I isolated components and found the issue in the rear wire harness. After inspecting the harness I found when it was tucked under the fan bracket , the side of the bracket cut the insulation on the neutral wire and it was touching the bracket. WOES5030LZ00 arrived on site to inspect an oven not heating properly. I set the oven to bake at 350 and watched the temperature cycle and found that the unit claimed a full preheat at 312 degrees. The unit went up to 327 and ended up averaging out at 314. I calibrated the unit and added a 30 degree offset and tested again. The unit bottomed out at 358. Changed the offset to 15 and watched the cycle again and the unit averaged out at 354. Informed the customer of my findings and of what I did to remedy the issue.

I inspected the gearcase and found it operating properly. The customer informed me of a leak on the back of the unit. I found water residue on the back panel as well as a droplet of water under the cold supply line connection. I removed and reinstalled the connection and tested. The leak is no longer present.
