Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested Bake on Standard Preheat for Multi racks at 350 degrees. At preheat, my reading was 426. My next five readings were 436, 319, 405, 355, 340 for an average of 371. I tested the lower unit in the same manner and my readings were 429 at preheat. 434, 317, 399, 361, 347 for an average of 372. I calibrated both ovens minus -20 to offset the temps. I contacted the customer and advised of my findings and repairs. Job completed. Customer not available to sign receipt."

Removed float and found a large build up of calcium around the housing and growing down into the housing that could act like a sponge and cause a slow leak. Cleaned housing and float and reinstalled. RANGE JENN-AIR JLRP436WP01 "arrived on site to inspect oven sliding rack. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the sliding rack hangs up when sliding it out with weight on it. I tested the rack with a pot of water ad it slide right out. When I applied pressure to the rack, the tracking got bound up on the left side. After further inspection, I found that the rack was warped and was causing it to bind up when weight is applied. I removed and replaced the rack and tested it and it operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED75HEFW0 Arrived onsite for the dryer that is not starting. I found 115VAC at the control to ground but only 6VAC to neutral at the control. I had the same at the terminal block. I checked the voltage at the outlet and L1-L2 = 251VAC. I checked L1 to ground and had 257VAC with the cord plugged in but with the cord disconnected the outlet checks good. I advised mr to call maintenance and have them test it again with it plugged in under a load so they can see there is an outlet issue. Call complete.

WASHER KENMORE 665.13923K010 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not operating. I found the unit had no voltage to it. Checked the breaker and it was tripped. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with error codes F8E1, F8E2, F6E4. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Unit dispensed water into tub and just before it began to wash, the unit shut down. I removed the filter and found a large amount of detergent debris in the filter reservoir. The debris was so thick it covered the OWI sensor and was not allowing it to sense. I removed the sensor and cleaned it and tested the sensor and it was good and removed some of the detergent debris and tested three more times and the unit operated as designed with no error codes. I recommended that they clean the unit a few times before using again to get rid of the detergent debris. I provided some use & care tips with detergents and rinse aids. Job completed."

WASHER MAYTAG MHWZ600WR00 Arrived onsite for the washer that will not drain or spin. I ran diagnostics and the unit would fail as soon as the drain pump turned on. I tested the drain pump resistance from the control and had 12.3 ohms. I checked the impeller in the pump and it spun freely. I found the the pump driver on the control defective. The control needs to be replaced.
