I turned the unit en back on at the switch (hardwired) with no change. I checked the breaker ad it appeared to be good. I turned the breaker off and waited then turned it back on and still nothing. I tested voltage at the junction box and found only 1.7V. I tested voltage at the control and got the same results. I tripped the breaker one more time and still nothing. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that an electrician would need to take a look at the electrical aspects. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL KRFC704FPS00 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with a no ice condition. I found the fill tube frozen in the door. I found one of the fill tube heater wires broken at the molex connector at the door. I stripped the wire and shoved it in the connector to get the unit to work temporarily and ran test 97 after running test 66 and defrosting the tube. The icemaker mold filled with water. While doing the repair the customer contacted Whirlpool and the gave her parts authorization KJIET00FP1 to cover the part. I replaced the fill tube and tested the unit. The unit works as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF560SMYB04 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I checked temps in the RC=52 & FC=1 degree. Placed unit in diagnostics and when I tested the Evap fan nothing came on. I pulled the FC door and drawers and found the Evap cover had ice built up on it. I attempted to remove the cover, but it was frozen to the evaporator. I advised the customer that the unit would need to be defrosted before I could go any further with repairs due to possible damage to other parts of the unit. I had the customer sign a waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and advised to place towels around the unit to protect walls and baseboards. Unit is not connected to water so no leaks observed during service. I will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 04/02/19.; schdld next appmnt for 4/2 TUE !"

I found service bulletin REF04-15 which refers to the UI touch keys activating without being touched. It references using an Appliance Programmer WR99R10356 and reprogram the control and not to replace the UI. I attempted to contact GE Techline to get more info on the programmer and could not get I; touch with anyone. I notified the office CS and he advised to close the ticket as complete as he would contact GE Techline tomorrow morning 03/29/19 and find it about the programmer and then contact the customer to reschedule if needed. DRYER MAYTAG MEDC215EW1 "arrived on site to inspect dryer operations. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit shuts down mid-cycle and trips the breaker. I tested the units airflow using a dryer vent test kit and the unit failed all three times tested. I inspected the dryers components and tested ohms to all and all were good. I found that the metal plate in the element was burnt and badly warped and would eventually crack or ground out. I checked voltage at the outlet and terminal block and got 250V. I checked voltage at the motor and it was good ad checked the door switch and it was good as well. I checked the breaker and it appears to be an older one. I removed and replaced the element and recommended the customer to have an electrician inspect the breaker. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that she checked the temps recently and her thermometer read approximately 50 degrees. The following day it read 32 degrees. Using my multimeter, I tested temps and in the RC=37 degrees and in the FC=4 degrees. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit tested good. When I tested the damper, while opening, the motor was very loud. I removed the cover ad tested again and the damper door was hesitant when opening and the door began jumping as it closed.
