The customer advised that when he went to turn the unit on, the drum did not turn and the unit made a humming noise. I removed the top and front panels and when I removed the lint duct assembly and found a large amount of lint debris built up in the lint duct assembly and a large amount of lint debris in the blower wheel area. I cleaned the lint from the unit and tested and it operated as designed. No lint at the end of service, job completed."

The customer has 2 dishwashers with the drain lines tied into 1 disposal. The plumber had put a brass one way check valve between the dishwasher drain lines and the disposal. I found the flapper in the check valve stuck closed. I freed up the flapper and tested the dishwasher. The unit is draining properly. I tightened the door handle on the unit. I advised mr to have these removed and to loop the drain lines because these check valves require more pressure than these dishwasher drain pumps have to continue to work correctly. Call complete.

WASHER MAYTAG MVWB835DW3 "MVWB835DW3 Arrived to inspect wash issues. The customer described an issue where the stack height of garments were not fully wetted. I checked for errors and finding none, re-calibrated the unit. I found the basket far back in the chassis and likely making contact during spin ramp up. The shipping spacers were still on the feet and I removed them and then centered the basket within the chassis via leveling leg adjustments. I tested the unit within automatic test mode and it completed without error. I tested in manual high speed spin and overall smoothness was improved. No leaks observed during service."

My reading for the RC was 42 degrees and the FC was 19 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and ran test 56 and got E1–no cooling. I ran test 58 and it read temp warmer than harvest temp. I advised the customer of my findings and notified Service Manager CS of my findings.
