After running diagnostics I could not find any error codes or software related issues with the unit and it was after doing electrical test that the lights are all receiving the proper voltage that they should be what I found was at the bulb inside the freezer LED light had burnt out and was not allowing the power to flow from that light up into the fresh food section so I replaced the LED bulb in the freezer section and everything is now working as designed. I found that the toeplate was installed incorrectly causing it to jam the FC door and not allowing it to close properly. I removed the toeplate and then disassembled the FC drawers to clear the ice build up. Reassembled the FC drawers and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Leveled the unit and tightened the door handles and reinstalled the toeplate correctly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRT511SZDB00 Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. After looking in the fridge compartment in the freezer compartment I found that both sides were not at Temp and were well over 20° in the freezer and over 50 fridge. After inspecting the coils underneath the fridge near the compressor I found that they were clean the condenser fan in the evaporator fan motors were both running and the compressor although it was receiving 120 V was barely making any sort of movement indicating it was on and was overheated to the point that you could cook an egg on it. I also checked the evaporator coil in the freezer and it was completely dry with no Freon in it. Office to reschedule once the parts come available and we will need to schedule for a sealed system tech for two hours; ordrng 1 W10836706 (evaporator) and 1 W10913906 (coupler) and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer) and 1 WPW10507886 (compressor)

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KSC24C8EYY02 "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=68 degrees (-1 setting) & RC=49 degrees (33 setting). Removed both evap covers to find no frost pattern on either evaporator. Tested the unit in diagnostics test #3 and all fans are operating. Checked the compressor and it showed .4amps. Also found a void in the insulation at the back of the unit where there is a rusted spot just behind the RC evaporator. I explained the possibilities if failure once the sealed system is completed and also advised that the sealed system could go well, but won’t know until the system is pressurized . Unit was reassembled and left running. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I found water in the tub and attempted to place the unit in diagnostics, but the unit failed. Following the tech sheet, I tested the control and it failed. I removed and replaced the main control and attempted to manually drain the water from the unit but the drain pump failed. I tilted the unit back and found the drain pump harness not connected and the connector cover was knocked off. I plugged the harness into the drain pump and adjusted the cover and placed the unit in diagnostics and manually drained the water from the unit. Placed the unit in diagnostics and calibrated then tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS970CIDM00 Arrived on site for refrigerator that was not cooling on the fresh food side.After running diagnostics I could not find any shorts or issues with the fresh fruit side having a defrost problem but when looking at the rapper to coil that was obvious signs of a defrost issue at play. Do you frost at all the ice and found that inside the compartment the defrost thermistor had somehow been wrapped around a whole bunch of Maine harnesses and was never properly connected to the evaporator coolers a shirt to be able to gauge whether or not it needed to go to defrost because of this it ruined The fan scroll air stack assembly. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW9640XW00 "Arrived on site for washing machine that won’t complete a cycle still and is showing an F 28 code. Ran unit through auto testing unit ran as designed. Please do not in service diagnostics and found an F 30 (dispenser system error), F22 (door lock error), and F28 (serial communication error) error codes. Took off the top and found two connectors not engaged fully. Reconnected connectors and tested resistance through he door lock. Found unit pulling 9.32 k ohms. I called Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7728473144. He had me run several test and we found the main control not sending 5V DC to the motor control. He advised to replace the CCU and unit should work as designed. Replaced CCU and tested unit in an auto test. Unit ran as designed. Call complete."

Upon diagnosing the unit I found that the spark module and And main harness switches to the front right burner we’re not communicating with one another and I like the sparker tonight. I also found that the heat given off from the two front burners on the far left and far right side were causing the paint decal of the burner settings to wear off of the main cooktop panel.
