"Arrived on site to diagnose fridge not cooling. Found 60 degs in ff side and 25 degs in frz. Ran diags and in diags, all sensors said shorted. Ran test 4 and when ff side should have been cooling, the frz side was cooling and not ff side. Informed customer control board was faulty. Replaced control board, ran diags again and this time, sensors checked fine test 4 checked fine but frz fan never came on. Accessed frz evap motor and found white wire broken right At the fan motor. Fan motor needs replaced .Verified no water leaks at time of svc call.; ordrng 1 W11249952 (motor-evap)"

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher noises. Upon further inspection, I found a piece of blue tape on the unit door that read door squeaks when opened all the way. I opened the door and it did squeak. I pulled the unit out a little ways to inspect the friction pads ad further undo the left pad with a small tear and both were squeaking. I removed and replaced both pads and cleaned the construction dust from the hinges and tested. Unit operates as designed and no more squeak. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No one available to sign for receipt."

"arrived on site to inspect microwave not venting. Upon further inspection, I found that the range sticks out further than the microwave and the customer was cooking and I could see the vapors going in front of the microwave and not into the vent that was turned on. After the customer cleared the range cooktop, I tested the vent by placing a piece of paper approximately 3-4 inches from the vent and turned the fan on high with filter in place. The paper did not move. When I removed the filter, the paper went into the vent space. I demonstrated for the customer as well. I pulled the unit from the wall and found the damper door damaged, but when the fan turns off and on I could hear it opening and closing. I removed and replaced the damper and tested again. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they fund what appeared to be oil on the floor at the front of the unit. I opened the freezer door and saw what looked like something had spilled. It was brown in color. I found that the FC door gasket was badly torn at the bottom of the door and was allowing warm air into the FC chamber. Also found that something had spilled at the bottom right corner of the right RC door and had gone on to the top of the FC door in the upper right corner. "arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes. I could not get the unit to duplicate a screeching noise described by the customer. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the pulley shield, pulley and belt. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the gearcase, driver belt and trans pulley and will return with splotch and other prescreened parts. . No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 WH01X24697 (DRIVE BELT) and 1 WH38X27335 (PLATFORM TRANS ASM) and 1 WH49X25379 (TRANS PULLEY)"

"arrived on site to inspect cooktop smelling like gas is leaking. Upon further inspection, I had the customer sign a waiver of damages from removing glass cooktop. I raised the unit from the countertop and removed the glass top. Using my liquid leak detector, I tested all of the lines and connections and found no leaks. I tested the gas line under the unit and found no leaks. Tested the regulator and found no leaks. I advised the customer of my findings. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Found dye on welds where process stub goes to compressor. Evacuated system, removed and replaced process stub. Vacuumed unit down to -25psi. Charged unit with 4.25oz of R134a refrigerant. Powered unit up. Found pressures on low side @10psi, high side @100psi. Found unit began cooling. Advised customer to unit for about 48hrs to allow proper cool down. All water connections were dry at time of service."
