REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRSC503ESS01 "Arrived onsite for the refrigerator not cooling properly in the RC and frost build up again. The frost was just as thick as the previous visit and appears to be starting at the bottom of the evaporator and working its way up the coil. I tested the DC voltage for the thermistors at the control and found - evaporator thermistor P8-1 to P8-2 = 4.96VDC and RC thermistor P5-1 to P5-2 = 4.97VDC. I called techline and spoke with Scott. Scott advised changing test 7 in diagnostics to the basic defrost mode, seal the chassis and liner on both compartments, and replace the evaporator cover. SR# 7724550116. I replace the evaporator cover foam, sealed both compartments chassis to liner, and changed test 7 to #2 basic defrost mode. Call complete."

The unit operated as designed, but at the end of testing when the drain pump came on, I noticed that the drain pump was operating longer then normal. When I opened the unit door, I found a large amount of suds in the bottom of the unit. I inspected the dispenser and found rinse aid leaking from the bottom of it. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering a dispenser. Also CNOTE-customer asks that the return service call be the same date/time as the customers microwave call (218083). Ran diagnostics and cleared the drain motor fault. I found the the unit would not complete diagnostics and the toe kick would not seat due to the amount of insulation on the toe kick. Removed the 2 additional layers to allow clearance for the control and ran diagnostics again. I found that the unit will not complete diagnostics and reads 13 minutes on display and cancel light illuminated.
