"arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My temp at preheat was 404 degrees. My next 5 readings were 415, 350, 383, 331, 361 for an average of 368 degrees. I calibrated the unit minus-15 degrees to offset the difference. Pressed the cancel button and the drain pump motor sounded like it was struggling. Removed the drain hose and turned the pump on and the impellers weren’t moving, but the motor was humming. I removed and replaced the drain o7mp and tested and water continued to drain. I found where the disposal had recently been replaced and the drain hose plug wasn’t knocked out. I removed the plug and retested and the unit operated as designed. While testing, I found where the disposal is leaking water where the drain pipe connects to disposal and advised the customer of my findings. No water leaks observed within the unit parts, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. In further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F1E1 and F8E3. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed; however, I found a large amount of suds in the unit which will cause the F8E3. I inspected the outlet and found it has the appropriate voltage at 124V. I followed the testing in the tech sheet for the ACU/F1E1 error. Ran the unit in diagnostics again and the unit continued to operate as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended that they run the unit, with no clothing and remove the detergent dispenser, on a normal wash with cold water to eliminate the suds in the unit. Also, I calibrated the detergent dispenser from 6x to 2x based off the ounces and number of loads of the detergent. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect dryer overheating and not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, customer advised that they dried a load in the acudry mode and when the unit was done, the clothing was still dry, but they could tell that it heated up. I confirmed that all components are operating as designed. I contacted Techline and spoke to Kathy and advised of my findings. Per Kathy, I tested the temps and found the unit gets to 192 degrees ad then drops to 119 degrees showing that the unit is cycling heat. Kathy questioned about the vent tube from the unit to the wall and advised that the accordion type tubing is not recommended by whirlpool and to replace it with a more rigid/firm tube. She advised that this info will be documented on the previous file #7726324605. I advised the customer of t3f(lines recommendations and provided a vent test kit for the customer to test the unit once they replace the vent hose and demonstrated how to use it. No lint observe

Attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the console did not respond.
