Also found it in diagnostics the control board is not powering up the dispenser motor. Also found F8E3 failure code. Unit will need a new front Bellows and a new control board. This unit is stacked in a bathroom and inside custom cabinets. Customer will remove units and then let us know when she has that done to do the repairs. I cleared the code ad when I opened the door to inspect the drainage area of the bellow I found a pair of glasses and ball of lint blocking the drain ports. I ran the unit through diagnostics and it operated as designed with no error codes. Due to the amount of mold building up on the bellow, the door is leaking at the bottom and onto the floor as there is evidence of a leak on the front panel under the door and on the drawer under the door. I quoted the customer $373.59 for service/labor fees and cost of the bellow. Customer agreed to the repair and paid in full. I am ordering the bellow and scheduled return service for 02/15/19. WASHER MAYTAG MAT20PRAWW0 Arrived onsite for the washer not completing the cycle and not spinning the clothes out. When I arrived I found the unit unplugged. I plugged the unit in and the drain pump started running with no water in the unit. I pulled the pressure tube off the control and blew thru it to clear the line. I reattached the tube to the control and the pump stopped. I ran the P-03 Quick Overview rest and the unit worked as designed. I advised the customer on detergent amounts because I suspect sudsing causing the control to think the tub has water in it. I found the customer using Kirkland detergent and I explained that this detergent is bad about sudsing. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

I turned the unit on and the element did not illuminate. I tested the fuse, thermistor, cutoffs and element. I found that the thermal cutoff had shorted or arced and the element was showing to be open. I replaced the cutoff and element and tested and still no heat. Inspected all components and found the blower wheel to be secured properly, motor is in proper position and the belt and tensioner pulley are properly aligned. The drum is in proper working and the element is in good condition. I was unable to duplicate complaint and the unit is working as designed. Instructed customer that if the sound returns to please take video so that the sound may be identified. Job complete"

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT720PADM2 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. I pressed ad held the start button for 3 seconds to engage the drain pump and when engaged, it sounded as if it were not operating. I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error code F8E2-drain motor electrical problem. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed but failed to drain. I manually drained the water out with my vacuum. I removed and replaced the drain pump and tested again. The unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH31017HS2 "arrived on site to inspect microwave noise. Using a cup of water, I tested the unit for 30 seconds. At the end of time, and the fan stopped, I heard the damper drop and the customer advised that was the noise she keeps hearing. I removed the vent cover and placed some sticky foam on the damper so that it wouldn’t continue to hit the fan motor cover and make a rattle noise. I tested the unit again, and the damper is much quieter. I advised the customer of the repair and I retapped/resealed the vent cover using foil tape. Job completed."
