The got approximately halfway completed and stopped. While running, the motor was making an odd noise as if it were struggling to operate. I removed ad replaced the sump/motor assembly and tested and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The noise reducer (sponge) was worn by the compressor vibrating on it which is causing the vibration noise. Using a piece of folded cardboard, I wedged it in between the condenser and the bracket and the vibration noise stopped and unit is quiet. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Using manufacturers approved silicone, I sealed the drain tube and gapping between the cabinet and chassis. Leveled the unit and tested the unit. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS325SDHZ02 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noise. Upon further inspection, I could hear the condenser rattling underneath and the unit was not level. Also, found the noise reducer in between the condenser and the bracket was completely squished and was not stopping the condenser from rattling against the bracket. I took a piece of folded cardboard and placed in between the condenser and bracket and the noise stopped. I leveled the unit and tested the doors and they closed as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
