I removed all parts from the old unit and placed them on the new tub. I removed the model/serial placard and placed it on the outer top of the unit under the insulation. I installed the unit back in place and due to the cabinets not being level, I mounted the unit flush with the cabinets per customer request (photos). I was unable to test the unit due to the kitchen plumbing not being connected. I advised the customer that once the plumbing is connected and they run the unit and notice any leaks to call the office and a tech would return. No leaks observed during service, job completed."

I found the ice door partially cracked open when I first arrived. Ms stated the unit would not dispense ice. I found the bottom of the ice bin clogged up with crushed ice. Ms stated she ran crushed when the cubes wouldn’t come out. I cleaned the bin out and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed and the ice door is closing and sealing properly. I went over using crushed ice and running cubed after dispensing crushed ice with the customer. I showed the customer how to check the ice door. No charge today per CS. Call complete.

I put a loop in the hose and tested the unit. I found a lot of sudsing in the machine from residual detergent in the tub. I went over detergent use with mr because they had a water softener installed and I explained to cut back on the detergent because it is causing the pumps to cavitate. DISHWASHER MAYTAG MDB8959SBB3 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning. Placed unit in diagnostics and it showed error codes F10E1, F6E6 and F6E1. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed; however, I found that there was not much water in the tub and when the valve came on it began to make a loud whistling noise. The sump/motor, drain p7mp and element all functioned correctly. When I removed the outer door panel and removed the control, I found that the main power connection and element connection were burnt and melted. I verified ohms to the element and it showed to be good. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the harness, element and CNOTE AUTHORIZATION and will return with all of the prescreened parts. No water leaks observed during service and the unit was left turned off at the switch. Plugged unit in to watch pressures and found the compressor never pressurized the high side past 60psi and was making a gurgling sound as it was running. Recovered refrigerant and installed new compressor, dye drier and process stub. Vacuumed system to clear and test for leaks. I found the system holding vacuum and charged with 5.5oz 134a. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFF707ESS01 "arrived on site to inspect frost buildup in refrigerator. I found that there is frost buildup at the back of the ice maker housing. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it failed. I tested the ice maker fan and it was barely blowing. When I removed the ice maker housing I found that the fill tube heater was burnt. Also found that the back light on the housing was out and the front light was dim as if it were gong bad. I removed and replaced the ice maker, IM fan, fill tube heater and changed out the adapter. Tested the unit and it operated as designed. I am ordering both housing lights and the LED control and scheduled return service for 03/07/19. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10830288 (cntrl-elec) and 2 W10908166 (module)s"
