I removed the outer door panel and checked voltage at the control and got 123V. I verified ohms to the element as well. I checked the breaker and found it to be a 20amp GFCI breaker. I reconnected the hoses and plugged the unit in and the drain pump kicked on. I pressed/held the start button for approximately five seconds and the unit stopped. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed, but when the basket was slowing down from a spin, I could hear a rubbing sound. I removed the basket and found the gearcase spindle warped. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the gearcase and cam and will return with the actuator and pump. . "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator frost/ice buildup in both the RC and FC sections. I tested temps in the RC=3 degrees and FC=-4 degrees. I found that the RC evaporator was covered with ice. I checked the FC evaporator and it had a good frost pattern. I was able to get the RC Evap cover off, but the styrofoam insulation was iced to the evaporator. I advised the customer of my findings and had the customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and advised that I will have to reschedule service and have them defrost the unit 24-48 hours before I return. I advised the customer to place towels around the unit to prevent any water damage to baseboards. I am ordering the air tower, fan scroll and harness to the FC Evap and will return with all prescreened parts. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I opened the FC door to get temp reading and found it to be very warm inside, as the same with the RC section. I unplugged the unit and waited 30 seconds and plugged it back in and no change. I removed the back cover to inspect the compressor and found the drier with ice built up on it. The compressor was hot to the touch and the lines were room temp. I suspect a restriction in the line somewhere and am ordering a sealed system. Arrived onsite to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the smart valve and tested the unit. The water started running and stoped again. I removed the water line at the bottom of the FC door and tested with the same result. I removed the SS hose from the unit and tested the wall valve filling a 44oz cup. About a 1/3 of the cup filled up with black granules that came from a filter ms had under her sink. I removed the line coming out of the filter head and tested again and was only getting a small stream of water thru the head. Need to replace the head and possibly the valve again after blowing the lines out. Ordering VALVE & HOUSING. ordrng 1 WPW10121140 (HOUSING) and 1 WPW10159840 (VALVE)

"Arrived onsite for the dishwasher with no water going thru the spray arms. I found the pump not pumping and it sounds like the impeller broke. The sump and motor will need to be replaced. I showed ms the filter because it was completely restricted with debris and this probably caused the pump damage. I showed ms how to remove, clean, and reinstall the filters. Call complete."
