"arrived on site to inspect washer error code. Up. Further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and unit operated as designed. Customer advised the unit showed error code le. I contacted lg Techline and spoke to David and advised of my findings and previous repairs. David advised that when replacing the stator the rotor should be replaced also. He advised that if that didn’t correct the error, then to replace the gearcase/clutch assembly ad to check the motor harness for any corrosion. I removed the rotor and stator and checked the motor harness and it was good. I reinstalled the stator and installed a new rotor and retested. Unit operated as designed. I retested one more time and again it operated as designed showing no error codes. I advised the customer of my repairs. Customer placed a load in the washer and started it and it began to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=24 degrees & RC=54 degrees. While testing temps, I could hear the FC Evap fan rubbing against the ice that was built up around it. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found that the defrost bimetal was open. Once I removed the ice from the evaporator, I removed and replaced the Evap fan motor harness and the hv control and tested the unit. Unit began to operate as designed and the evaporator had a good frost pattern. While in diagnostics, I went to test #7 and switched the defrost control to #2 for an 8hr defrost time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for the dryer not heating. I tested the dryer and found it working as designed. After the unit ran for a little while I found it failing. I found the valve coils causing the issue with one of the coils showing open when it got warm and the double coil with higher than normal range resistance on both sides when it got warm. The coils need to be replaced to complete service. I replaced the coils and tested the dryer. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.
