Upon further inspection, the customer advised that sometimes the interior light won’t come on when the door is open when they close the door, the unit won’t work. I inspected the control and it appeared to be good. When I went to remove the upper interlock, I find that the screw test holds it in place was stripped out. I removed and replaced the console and attempted to test, but due to the unit needing to be programmed into the WiFi, I was unable to test. All of the keys on the UI operate as designed, but when attempting to test the microwave and oven, the unit would show a message on the display telling me to connect to the WiFi.
