Valve suddenly came on and leaked water through dispenser and voltage at valve was 10 vac. Checked voltage at door hinge when valve came on on its own and it was 0 vac so I know control board is shorted. Found the yellow wire to the valve shorting out inside he cabinet with another wire and causing the valve to come on.

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that there is condensation on the sides of the doors and at the back left corner. I tested temps RC=41 degrees & FC=12 degrees. I found condensation on the left RC door near the mullion and condensation/ice buildup at the back left corner of the ice maker housing. Both evaporators had good frost patterns. Also found condensation buildup under the ice bin door gasket and the gasket was crimped on the right side top/bottom corners. Also found that the RC door baskets are rolled inward and are allowing warm air inside the RC section creating the condensation buildup on the mullion. I attempted to use my heat gun to reform the gaskets but they are badly warped. I am ordering the ice bin door, both RC door gaskets, and will return with the control kit and adaptor.
