Arrived onsite for a range with gas leaks at the burners and the oven. Ms stated the control panel shuts off sometimes. I checked the unit for gas leaks and I found the RR and LF burner valves weeping gas out of the burners when in the off position. I found the oven burner good and there were no gas leaks detected. I found the unit not connected to WiFi. I helped the customer download the Whirlpool app to their smart phone and connect the oven to WiFi. The manifold needs to be replaced. On diagnostic found rotor and stater both to be good and working as designed, but so,etching was causing the basket to stick. Removed lid and attempted to remove basket from unit. Found a cap / plastic debris wedged between the basket and tub. Attempted to fish it debris but it dropped into the bottom. It should not cause any further issues, but may need to be removed in the future via a basket removal. Basket is slightly rusted to the gearcase shaft.

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator RC section freezing drinks/food. Upon further inspection, I tested the temps in the RC=24 degrees. I contacted Techline and spoke to Sterling and advised of my findings. Sterling had me check the back wall of the rc section, the return airflow vents in the fc Evap cover and all were good. Had me check the thermostat and make sure the tip of the cord was sticking out more than 1/4 inch of the bulb then put the insulation wrap on it with the thermostat tip wrapped. I made the adjustments to the thermostat. Advised to turn the unit off and leave the doors open to allow the unit to warm up for approximately 15 mins then close the doors and allow to cool again placing bottles of water on the top and bottom shelves and monitoring for 24-48 hours. Provided File #7727189988. I advised the customer of this and they are going to follow through and contact the office if needed. No water leaks observed during service, j

Arrived onsite for the washer/dryer with error code F74. Upon inspection found that error code f74 was present which is communication error between UI and control. According to tech sheet it stated to unplug washer for 2mins to clear error code and if error code did not go away after plugging back to replace the UI. During testing found that the plug outlet has an open ground which could also cause the error code as well per tech sheet. Customer stated that they will fix outlet and if error code goes away they notify us. But if not the UI will need to be replaced. Could not call tech because there is no cell phone service this area. "arrived on site to inspect range temps. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. As the unit began to heat, the display was showing a much higher temp than what my multimeter was registering. I stopped testing and removed the bottom panel and found the Bake element burnt and shorted. I removed and replaced the element and retested and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for an oven not heating after a clean cycle. I explained to the customer that the thermal fuse was blown and possibly the TOD.. I replaced the thermal fuse and the oven came on but no heat. I found the TOD open and replaced it. I tested the unit and it was working as designed. I showed mr a cut out in the bottom of the cabinet and explained it needed to be closed up per factory installation instructions. I also showed the customer how to reshape the door gasket Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=1 degrees and RC=31 degrees (setting of 33). I found condensation/moisture on the ice maker housing/fascia and ice bin. Found the ice bin gasket badly crimped allowing warmer airflow into the ice maker/bin. Also found that the FC light isn’t working. Tested the light and it is good. Removed the ice maker housing and found ice built up at the back of the housing and on top. Removed the FC Evap cover and found a small block of ice on the left side of the evaporator. I advised the customer of my findings. I’m ordering the fascia, ice bin door, LED Control, and module ad will return with the ice box adaptor, UI, and Evap motor/harness. Office to get authorization and schedule return service. I removed the water line from the valve and water ran out of the dispenser so the line in the door is not frozen. I found voltage to the dual valve in the unit but the valve was not passing water.
