Verified the complaint and removed the freezer back wall cover and noticed a massive ice buildup on the evaporator. I noticed frost on the freezer side as well letting me know there is a gap possibly in the freezer gasket allowing warm air into the freezer compartment.I used my steamer to defrost all of the ice buildup from the unit. I also applied silicone to the bottom portion of the freezer door gasket to remove the sag that was allowing the warm air to enter the freezer door.I noticed the compressor never ran so I removed and replaced the start device and the compressor started working.JOB COMPLETE

Replaced support wheels, belt and pulley But this had no effect on the noise the customer says the dryer is making. No further replacement of parts can address issue. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW4855HW1 "arrived on site and inspected washer and found during agitation lights in the home can be visibly seen dimming. Spoke with tech line and they requested an amp rating during agitation. Washer is peaking at 6 A, tech line says this is normal. Washer is on a CAFCI/GFCI breaker that is likely required by current builder electrical codes although this is not recommended for washer to be hooked up to this type of outlet tech line cannot say it can’t be done. There is no definitive reason for dimming of lights. Homeowner is going to discuss with builder any alternatives that may help with this issue. SR7724338077"

WASHER MAYTAG MVWC416FW1 "Arrived to inspect washer fills with water then drains. I checked underneath the unit to see if there were any signs of damage or wear on the dust cover. I found none.Unhooked the fill hoses and checked incoming water pressure from the hoses. All checked good.Noticed during a normal cycle the unit fills slower than designed, so I removed and replaced the valve, pump and actuator. Reassembled and sat through a normal cycle and unit filled up as designed to.Customer admitted there is a lot of grit and sand in the water (sediment).Customer is aware of the leaking from the wall to he unit.
