I noticed the water valve from the valve was broken. I trimmed the valve and reinstalled it on the valve and the unit dispensed water as designed.

Upon further inspection, using a cup, I tested the water dispenser and a little water trickled out. I checked the water line at the top left hinge area and the same thing, just a trickle. I removed the water tubing cover from the inside of the rc section to expose the water tube and water valve. Using my multimeter, I tested ohms to the valve and found it open. I removed and replaced the valve and tested and the water dispensed. I tested the ice maker and it cycled and then water dispensed into the ice maker. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

WASHER GE GTWN4250D2WS "arrived on site to inspect washer making loud noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the unit making the noise. It sounded like a metal on metal noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and no error codes were present. I removed the front cover and found metal shavings on the bottom panel. After further inspection, I found the the washer drive pulley wheel had been hitting the shipping brackets/mounts and actually bent the left bracket over. I advised the customer of my findings. I was able to bend the brackets down as out of the way and tested the unit on rinse and spin and the unit operated as designed with no out of the ordinary noises. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed."

OVEN WHIRLPOOL WOS92EC0AS03 Arrived onsite for the oven not heating. I found the thermal fuse open in the control panel. I also found the TOD open on the rear of the unit. I replaced the fuse and the TOD. I powered the oven and tested it in the bake cycle. I had an F1E1 error appear. I cleared the error and test again. The error reappeared. I replaced the main control and retested the oven. The oven reached 350 set point temperature and is working as designed. Call complete.

I removed the oven bottom pan to expose the burner and Ignitor and turned the unit on Bake at 350. The Ignitor took a long time to illuminate, but was not enough to ignite the burner. When I went to replace the Ignitor, I opened the box and found the new part damaged. I advised the customer of the issue and advised that I would have to order another Ignitor and return. I discussed the issue with the customer and they said the unit should not dispense water and then the fc warmed considerably. A few days prior to my arrival, the unit started operating correctly and the symptoms cleared. During the episode, the unit displayed the door open indicator as well. I suspect the issue was an artifact of too much moisture within, from the correction I did during the last service and the issue cleared on its own as the interior humidity dissipated. I advised the customer on things to look for if the issues reoccur. Operational test and temperatures normal, no leaks observed during service. Warranty applied."

The unit dispensed water into the basket but when it was to agitate, I could hear the capacitor making a loud ratcheting noise as if it were struggling to get the motor started. WASHER WHIRLPOOL MVWB755DW0 "arrived on site to inspect washer making loud grinding noise. Upon further ,inspection the customer provided a video of the unit making the noise. While playing the video, it sounded as if the unit was in agitate mode and was making a loud grinding sound. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with error code F0E5–off balance load, appeared. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. The unit did not make any out of the ordinary noises during testing. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found on the rotor evidence of it rubbing against the drain pain. Also, I found that the rotor bolt was loose and I tightened it. I let the unit down and inspected the drain pain and found evidence that the rotor had rubbed it. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL ED5NHAXNB02 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool in both compartments. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit unplugged. I plugged it in and turned the unit on at the thermostats. The unit came on immediately. I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover and using my multimeter, I checked amps at the compressor. My Amp reading was 1.5. I pushed the unit back and removed the shelving from the fc section. I removed the Evap cover and checked the evaporator and only the bottom portion had a frost pattern. I went to the back of the unit again and checked amps at the compressor again and this time my reading was 2.6amps. The compressor was scolding hot as was the tubing to the condenser.
