Verified the complaint and removed the freezer back wall cover and noticed a massive ice buildup on the evaporator. I noticed frost on the freezer side as well letting me know there is a gap possibly in the freezer gasket allowing warm air into the freezer compartment.I used my steamer to defrost all of the ice buildup from the unit. I also applied silicone to the bottom portion of the freezer door gasket to remove the sag that was allowing the warm air to enter the freezer door.I noticed the compressor never ran so I removed and replaced the start device and the compressor started working.JOB COMPLETE

Spoke with tech line and they requested an amp rating during agitation. Washer is peaking at 6 A, tech line says this is normal. Washer is on a CAFCI/GFCI breaker that is likely required by current builder electrical codes although this is not recommended for washer to be hooked up to this type of outlet tech line cannot say it can’t be done. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF760SADM2 Arrived on site and tested operation. I found a fault for slow drain in memory and I cleared for diagnostics. I found the wash motor making a loud chattering sound and water was not flowing properly through the wash armed. Unit will need new sump assembly to repair. Installed new sump and tested operation. Unit working properly and all water connections dry at time of service. Job complete

OVEN KITCHENAID KOSE500ESS02 Arrived onsite for the oven making a loud rattling noise when the convection fan runs. I found the vibration noise being caused by the convection fan but it sounds like loose sheet metal at the rear of the oven. The oven was installed with the whip going thru the right side of the cabinet and down to a J-Box on the exterior wall not allowing the oven to come out of the cabinet. I explained to mr that a J-Box needs to be set at the back of the cabinet to allow the oven to be removed. Mr is calling an electrician and will call the office when the electrical is corrected.; ordrng 1 C-NOTES (SEE CALL NOTES.)

DISHWASHER MAYTAG MDBH979SA "Arrived on site for dishwasher not filling with water. Performed diagnostics mode and found fault code F6-E1 low water and F10-E1 dispenser fault. Found unit not filling. Tested voltage to inlet valve and found present. Removed valve and inspected screen, no interferences. Found solenoid not opening. Will need to replace inlet valve to repair. Quoted customer and estimate was approved. Removed valve and installed new. Tested unit and found no water going to unit. Removed water line and test water. Found dishwasher not getting water. Removed water line from main valve and checked to see if it was clear. Found water line to dishwasher twisted and cutting water off. Removed dishwasher and corrected water line. Removed new inlet valve and installed old. All tested good, no water leaks present.
