"arrived on site to inspect dryer noises and temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit was making a loud noise when drying and it’s getting too hot. I tested temps in the unit on high temp setting and the max temp was 295 degrees. I raised the top panel and removed the front panel and drum and found a round object wedged in between the bearing ring and drum seal and was hitting the gaps in the bearing ring causing the noise. Removed the debris and lint. Also found that the belt is worn and fraying. I removed and replaced the dryer kit consisting of the belt, 2 rollers, and the pulley. i verified ohms to the element, fuse, and cutoffs. Tested the unit and it operated as designed. Cleaned lint from unit, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect cooktop not working. Upon further inspection, I tested each burner on the cooktop and found that the front left, middle and back right burners did not operate. I removed the glass cooktop and inspected the burners and connections and all looked good. Put the cooktop back on and turned off the unit at the breaker and then back on. "arrived on site to inspect range oven leaking air from door. Upon further inspection, I found that the door was not installed correctly as the right hinge was not seated correctly. I removed the door from the unit then reinstalled it and both hinges were seated correctly and the door closed to make a good seal. Also, I found that the right top corner of the door sticks out further than the left. I found the outer door glass is slightly warped and creates a gap in the top right corner. I made several attempts to correct it, but it would not seal. Using the prescreened brackets I have, I measured them out and cut off the ends. I lowered the wheels in the back of the unit and re-installed the unit and leveled it. Arrived on site and tested operation. I found that the cold water valve is not closing causing water to drip into tub constantly. Installed new valve and found corrosion in hot water valve connection. Inspected fill hoses and found corrosion in hot water hose fitting. Instructed customer that the hoses should be replaced due to the corrosion causing a leak that is evident on rear of unit that has been happening prior to service. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, i tested the temps in the FC=72 degrees and RC=49 degrees. Checked the RC Evap and it had a good frost pattern; FC evap was dry. Also found that the UI display was showing half of the numbers. I obtained authorization from the office and removed and replaced the UI control and HV control. Once the unit was plugged in, it began to cool. I checked the temps in the FC section and they dropped within a few minutes. Tested for approximately 5-10 mins and temp continued to drop No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site or dryer drum not turning. Tested voltage to unit and found within range. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes, found none. Tested unit and found only humming noise. Turned drum while in run mode and found drum turning. Found failed motor. Gained access to motor and blower wheel. Removed blower and motor, is new motor. Assembly unit and tested. Found same result. Tested voltage when attempting to start unit and found found L1 dropping in voltage. Found floating neutral. Spoke with customer on failure. Will need contact electrician for repair, have electrical test voltage when dryer is drawing amps."
