WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW94HEXW2 "arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, I removed the front panel to expose the drain pump. Removed the drain filter to find a large amount of debris in the filter area. Also found a flat piece of metal in the drain hose leading to the tub that was turned sideways and blocking the drain flow. I vacuumed the filter, drain pump, and hose. I removed the hose to inspect the inner tub area ad it was clear. I advised the customer of my findings ad out the unit back together. I placed it in diagnostics and tested. Unit operated as designed with no drainage issues. No water leaks observed during service.

Upon further inspection, the customer opened the unit door to show that it will not stay down while loading dishes. I found that the left hinge was missing the friction pad. Using a friction pad (WP8268961) from my van stock, I installed the new pad and tested the door and it stayed open like it’s supposed to. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Dryer ran for several minutes and check vent light came on, found F4E3 saved again. Cleared error code and started dryer again with vent hose off and error code did not return before cycle stopped. Clothes are still getting dry, explain to customer as long as this is happening dryer is working properly. If situation ever happened where clothes were hot and wet at the end of the cycle that would denote an airflow issue."

Replace the regulator and found the unit now will release gas inside the oven but the igniter will not ignite. Check voltage from the igniter to ground and only getting 40volts. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL GSF26C4EXS03 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I found that the food eh rc section were freezing. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead at the bottom of the rc section and tested temperature. My reading was 27 degrees. I tested the fc section ad my reading was 2 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found that the thermistors were operating and when I tested the diffuser, I could hear the motor operating, but found that the door was broken. The customer agreed to the repair and paid in full. I removed and replaced the diffuser and tested and it operated as designed. The water line was frozen as well and while replacing the diffuser, I had the rc door open ad the reservoir was able to defrost and the water was dispensing. I leveled and squared the unit . No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
