Ran test 57 and icemaker cycle properly. Ran test 45 and icemaker did not fill but valves are energizing here as well. Disconnected incoming water supply line from water filter housing and water will dispense here. Tried other side and water filter housing is good. Disconnected waterline from door dispenser to do all valves and the water inside of it drains out immediately from the dispenser this waterline is good. Sound reservoir is frozen. Recommended that customer defrost the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. If refrigerator will still not dispense water after they defrost, a new reservoir will be needed. reservoir is $74.72. Customer will contact the office if they want to replace the reservoir. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete"

I found that it is hardwired and I turned the switch on and nothing happened. I checked the breaker..turned it off and then back on and checked the unit and still nothing. I checked voltage at the junction box and there was no voltage. I checked voltage at the control as well and nothing. I advised the customer that there was no voltage to the unit and they would need to contact an electrician to look at the wiring at the hardwire switch and the breaker. Advised that once the wiring was checked and the unit still did not operate to contact the office too schedule service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, just before testing temps, I heard the ice maker harvest and dispense ice then the water dispensed into the tray. Temp readings were RC=36 and FC=16. Checked both evaps and both were good. Placed unit in diagnostics and tested and all tests for the ice maker ad thermistors were good. I found where the ic ebony door gasket was badly gapped causing moisture around the ice box opening. Ice box was mounted flush and all the way back against the back of the RC cabinet. I am ordering the fc Evap motor/thermistor, UI, control, ice bin door and return with prescreened parts. No water leaks observed during service.
