"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dispenser leaking rust on the inside of the cabinet. Upon further inspection, I found where rust was coming from the porthole on the left RC door under the dispenser motor housing. I removed the ice chute plate and the dispenser motor and rusty water began to leak out of the motor. I cleaned the area from any rust debris and replaced the dispenser motor and I put the ic exhume plate back on and applied a bead of manufacturers approved silicone around the edge of the plate to prevent any water leaking into the motor housing area. Advised the customer of my findings/repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for the washer not filling with enough water. Ms had the unit set on deep water wash and showed me how much water the unit was filling with. I did find the unit not filling to the correct level on the wash plate in deep water wash. I checked stored error codes and found none. I ran a calibration cycle and retested the water level in deep water wash without clothes in the unit. The water level came up to the top of the blades on the wash plate. The unit is working as designed now. I went over loading clothes with ms and instructed on piling the clothes on the outside of the basket. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that there was a little bit of water leaking from underneath the unit and running to the left side on the floor. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Tested unit and it operated as designed with no water leaks observed. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor underneath. There was gearcase oil on the side panels and the drain pump, also. I lifted the top panel and found evidence of a water leak on the bottom side of the water valve housing. I removed and replaced the valve housing and gearcase and calibrated the unit. Retested and the unit operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Unit operated as designed with no water leaks. I removed the outer door panel and found the bottom sound insulator was pushed down into the reservoir at the bottom of the door and soaking up water as the unit operated. In doing this, the insulation was dripping water onto the floor. I adjusted the insulator to where it did not sit in the reservoir. Also found that the left door cable was broken. Using a cable from my van stock (part #8194001) I removed and replace the cable and tested the door. It now opens as designed. Leveled the unit and retested and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect compactor door not latching. Upon further inspection, I removed the door/basket and found a large amount of trash debris in the back keeping the door from not closing securely. I removed the debris and put the door/basket in place and the it close securely. Tested the unit and at the end of compacting, the door would not open. I pressed the start button again and after compacting, the door opened. I found that the solid compact switch was turned on which was keeping the cam down. I turned the switch off and tested and it operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings.Using my vacuum, I cleaned the remaining trash form the unit. Job completed."

Arrived onsite got the wall ovens with the lower oven not turning off after the last use. Customer had to shut the unit off at the breaker. When I arrived the oven had been powered back on but was setting idle. Ms stated turning the breaker off corrected it. I set the lower oven in bake and let the unit get to 175 degrees and turned it off. The unit turned off and the fan shut off once the internal temp cooled down. The unit is working as designed at this time. I did find the unit not connected to WiFi and I advised the customer to do this so the oven can get its updates and perform correctly. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for the washer that is loud. I found a different serial number than what was dispatched. Mr stated that because of all of the issues with the original machine, the manufacture changed it out in After speaking with mr I found out that the noise was happening in agitation. I found no stored error codes. I ran auto diagnostics and the unit worked as designed. I ran manual heavy agitation and found the wash plate only turning clockwise and never changing direction. This is probably due to a failing capacitor or a defective trial in the main control but I am ordering all of the components that could possibly cause the issue and will further diagnose when the office gets approval for the serial number the customer has. The customer advised that they wanted the unit to be mounted on the sides instead of at the top as it is currently.I removed and replaced the left upper track and using both mounting brackets, remounted the unit to the side cabinets and leveled the unit.
