"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the left side of the FC door not sealing at the bottom corner area. Found ice buildup on the rails and also found ice buildup on the Evap cover. Removed the back cover and checked the drain hose and it was good. Found a solid plate of ice on the bottom of the FC section. Attempted to adjust the left rail bracket but it did not help. I am ordering the Evap motor/harness, both rails and both brackets and the FC door gasket.. "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found water in the bottom of the tub. I attempted to drain the unit by pressing cancel button but the unit would not drain. I inspected the disposal and it appeared to be new. I checked the knockout and found it was still there. I removed the knockout from the disposal and pressed cancel on the dishwasher to engage the drain pump and the unit began to drain the water into the disposal. I tested the unit and it operated as designed with no water leaks. I contacted the property manager to advise of my findings. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer showed me where the water is leaking, which in fact, was condensation built up on the top of the FC door gasket approximately four inches from the middle of the door on the right side. Using my multimeter, I tested temps in the room/kitchen and it was 82 degrees Fahrenheit. Checked all gaskets and all, were sealing good. I attempted to explain to the customer and his relative on the phone that due to the humidity and heat inside the home colliding with the cold temps from the unit, condensation ad sometimes frost will build up. I contacted Techline and spoke to David to get this call documented. Took amp reading while unit running and found heater would spike to 12 amps in beginning and then drop. I also found that when the heater and motor were running at the same time the amp draw would continue to climb up to 17 amps. U it will need new control and heater to repair. "Arrived on site for washer not dispensing soap through automatic dispenser. Performed diagnostics mode and checked error codes, none found. Ran automatic test and monitored cycle. Found valve activating. Found line clogged with soap. Found customer using a locally sold soap and causing line to clogged. Cleared line and tested unit. Spoke with customer on soap and recommend not to use that soap with automatic soap dispenser (it is HE safe). All tested good, no water leaks present."

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found water in the bottom of the tub as pressed cancel to engage the drain pump. I could hear the pump come on, but the unit wasn’t draining. I removed the water with my wet-vac and then removed the drain pump and found debris in the drain area. Due to the debris being wedged into the drain pump impellers, I replaced the drain pump and tested. Unit operated as designed and drained the water. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
