Found dye on welds where process stub goes to compressor. Evacuated system, removed and replaced process stub. Vacuumed unit down to -25psi. Charged unit with 4.25oz of R134a refrigerant. Powered unit up. Found pressures on low side @10psi, high side @100psi. Found unit began cooling. Advised customer to unit for about 48hrs to allow proper cool down. I checked stored error codes and found an F3E2, F8E1, & F0E4. I erase the codes and ran test service test 51. All test passed. I found nothing wrong with the way the unit was filling or with the inlet thermistor. I tested the unit in a normal wash with warm water selected because ms stated this was the setting the unit has been failing in. I found the cold water side of the valve barely opening to let water in. Need to test further to see if the control is sending correct voltage to the valve to know which one is failing. Returning with the control and valve.

Got unit into diagnostics and was able to get out of safety mode . Ran diagnostics all checked good . No water leaks detected at time of service .

Arrived on site for the unit heater will not turn on. Tested the unit in diagnostic and received error code 7-1 no heat. Found the heater with no continuity. Replaced the heater and tested the unit. Unit works properly and all water connections were dry at the time of service.

"Arrived on site for no cool condition. Found the freezer at 56° and the fresh food section at 64°. All components were running but the compressor was doing no cooling. Unplug the unit, waited three seconds, and plug the unit back in. The compressor tripped on the overload. This indicates the system is sealed but the compressor has no capacity. Also found the same issue on the upper rack. I took photos of issue. I removed and replaced the lower rack/wheels and am ordering the upper rack and will return with the prescreened upper rack wheels. Tested in diagnostics and it operated as designed. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fan noise. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. I plugged the unit in and checked both evaporators for frost pattern. Found no pattern on the FC Evap and a small pattern on the RC Evap. Ran test 40 and again the same results. I contacted Techline and spoke to Ed who advised that due to the no frost pattern there could be a restriction in the lines, a leak, or bad compressor.. I am ordering a sealed system to include compressor, access valve, non dye drier, FC evaporator, RC evaporator, oilless gauges, Orion board,, CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. I advised the customer to keep the unit plugged in for the next tech to inspect before completing the sealed system. No water leaks observed during service. Removed the lint chute and found lint build up is clogging the air flow. Removed all the lint build up and tested the unit. Arrived on site and inspected unit for level. I found the the lower left corner of door is rubbing on cabinet. Checked unit for level and found they the unit will need to go up on left side slightly to be level but it will cause the door to hit the cabinet on left side and not close. I found the both cabinets lean to the outside near the top and the counter runs just to the high side of level on left side. Instructed customer of findings and that with the installation I am unable to perfectly level due to the opening being out of square and how tight the opening is to the unit. Job complete

Arrived on site for water spilling inside freezer door and also through the dispenser area. The customer turned the icemaker off and the problem went away while the icemaker was turned off. Performed multiple checks and determined that the icemaker is not cycling properly thus spilling the water. Replace icemaker and all water connections are dry.

Found error codes F3E1 (Water Level Error), F8E1 (Low Water Flow). Removed front door and removed drain trap. Found extensive debris in trap. Removed all obstructions. Reassembled. Blew through pressure hose. Found good flow. Cleared error codes and ran manual. Unit fills,washes,drain and spins as intended. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service."
