RANGE KITCHENAID KDRS483VSS04 "arrived on site to inspect range oven not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error code F2E1. I followed the tech sheet for error code F2E1 and I turned the power off the unit at the breaker box. Turned it back on and cleared the code and tested the small oven in Bake mode at 350 degrees. The unit operated as designed and maintained temps. The customer advised that they placed the small oven in self clean mode and halfway through it stopped and showed an error code. I contacted Techline and spoke to Rick and advised of the issues. Rick advised to check the wiring harness and door seal and make sure no warm air is escaping and make sure the wiring is good. He provided File #7724325119. I verified the door seal and the wiring harness and all were good. I advised the customer to contact the office should the issue occur again and to take a picture of the error code it shows, if any. No gas leaks detected during

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KBSD608ESS01 "Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with door leveling and closure concerns. I found the RC door not staying closed. I found the hinge side of the door getting compressed before the door was completely closed causing it to open. I found the doors at the bottom almost touching when they are closed and a 5/16” gap between the doors at the top when there closed. The chassis and the door appear to be straight with no bows in them. The bottom hinge appears to be the issue but I am ordering both hinges just in case. Played for Mark the audio the customer took in the past of the noisy ice machine. Mark and I both cannot determine what would make that kind of noise in the ice Machine. Mark requested that if the customer hears the sound again, the customer stop the machine to see if the noise quits. If the noise quits when the machine is cycled off it would be for sure in the noise is coming from the ice machine.
