DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF730PAYB1 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher clean light staying on. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error codes F5E2, F6E6, F6E4. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end. I opened the unit and found detergent suds in the tub. I advised the customer to cut back on detergent use. When I went to turn the unit on, it did not respond as if there was no power. I opened and closed the door and nothing. I found that the junction box wiring was loose. I rewired the unit and tested again and it operated. When I went to open the door, during diagnostics, the unit continued to operate. The door latch seemed very difficult to open and close as well. Per service pointer W10460578B, I am ordering the door latch assembly and will return with the control; ordrng 1 CNOTE (LSO) and 1 W10619006 (latch-door)"

DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDTE104DSS0 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error code F7E1. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit dispensed water into the tub and I verified it was the correct amount. The unit continued and after the first wash cycle, the motor did not come back on. I advanced the unit to drain and the drain pump came on. The element came on and I verified 7-9 amps. At the end of diagnostics, the unit showed no error codes. The element was hot and sizzling. I ran through diagnostics again with error code F7E1 showing again so I cleared it. The motor never came on this time, but the drain pump and element operated as designed. The customer denied the repair and advised test they were going to contact Whirlpool due to having the repeating issues of no heat. I advised the customer that the quote is good for 30 days. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I found that the ice maker was badly damaged so I removed the ice maker from the old door and tested and it operated as designed. When I went to test the water dispenser nothing came out. I tested the automatic measured fill and it operated as designed. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and nothing changed. I removed and replaced the UI with old door UI and nothing. I attempted to remove the water dispenser paddle from old door and it broke in the process. I am ordering a paddle assembly and UI and office to reschedule return service. Monitor test cycle and measured amp draw to element at 7.3 amps. Checked for hot test end of test cycle. Spoke with customer on running cleaner through unit to remove rust buildup. All tested good, no water leaks present.

Contacted tech line and spoke with Adrian. He devised pump losing pressure. Upon further inspection of pump system, after speaking with tech line, found extensive damage due to rodents and roaches. Manufacture warranty will not cover past damage. I also declined the service unit further due to unsanitary conditions and extensive pest damage. No further repairs to be done at this time. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS571CIHZ01 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator doors not level. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the unit had been moved from its place and when it was put back, it was not level. I found that the unit was not level and would rock. I leveled the unit by adjusting the leveling feet and then raised the RC door by the cam bolt at the bottom hinge on the RC door. I locked the door in with the locking bolt. Tested the unit and the doors closed as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
