"Arrived onsite for the refrigerator leaking a small amount of water on the inside of the unit around the filter area. I found water dripping out of the same hole on the water housing cover as the previous visit. I found water leaking from the ice maker tube where it enters the dual valve again and now it’s also leaking where the reservoir tube enters the fill valve. I called techline and spoke with Kurt file number 7725629915 to see if there had been any issues with the valve and he stated no, not to his knowledge at this time. I explained that the previous leak was at the icemaker tube where it enters the two way valve and I had checked the tube for burrs. Need to change the valve again, the reservoir, and fill tube. I also told Kurt the customers concerns with the shelves un-level and lower in the middle. Kurt advised trying to adjust the center shelf pillar and swapping the shelves from L-R. Arrived onsite for the microwave still getting an F6E8 error code. I tested the door switches and harness again per techlines request an found the switches and harness good. I checked voltage at the cavity light transformer with the door open and had 0VAC across it but had 121VAC to ground so the neutral circuit was missing. Using the transformer as L1 I started at the filter board tracing the neutral circuit and found that it dropped out at the cavity thermostat. I bypassed the cavity thermostat and tested the unit. The unit worked as designed. Upon further inspection I found that one side of the thermostat had gotten hot and about 2 inches of the white wire had overheated. The thermostat and possibly the harness will need to be replaced. There might be enough wire to cut out the bad part and add another spade terminal. Ordering c-notes. ; ordrng 1 C-NOTES

"arrived on site to inspect ice build up in the refrigerator. Upon further inspection, I removed the crisper drawer and found a large block of ice on the bottom of the fresh foods cabinet. Also f mud ice built up in the evaporator drip pan. I removed the ice and then removed the back panel to inspect the drain tube. Removed the drain tube and found it clogged with debris. Removed the debris and reinstalled the drain tube. Also sealed the drain tube with silicone. Using my steamer, I removed the remaining ice from the drip pan and could hear the water going down the drain tube. Advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrive on site for the unit is not washing the dishes. Test of the units and found the unit will not fill up with water and the timer will not advance. Replace a valve and the timer and tested the unit. Unit works properly and all water connections were dry at the time of service.

"arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating, upon further inspection, I opened the door and pressed the door switch closed then turned the unit on. I didn’t see the element illuminate in the back upper left corner. I removed the back panel and tested the element, cutoffs, and fuse and found all had good ohm readings. I visually inspected the element and it was good. I tested voltage at the timer and heat switch. I found .4V from the red wire to the motor at the heat switch. I inspected the motor and found the connector had come loose. Reconnected the motor and retested and the unit operated as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."
