Upon further inspection I found that the ice put up was along the top side of the freezer door where the gasket would be and I also noticed that the freezer door itself was very loose and not properly mounted to the rails. Hi adjusted and remounted freezer door back onto the gliding rails properly retested how the freezer door open and shut and it is functioning as designed the door gasket is also sealing properly now on the top left corner and there is no longer an air gap allowing hot air to get in there and freeze. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling to possibly replace sealed system parts. I checked pressures and found them low. I found a leak in the evaporator causing the issue and took pics. I evacuated the remaining refrigerant and replaced the evaporator. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 4.9 oz’s of R134A. I tested the unit and found the new evaporator with a good frost pattern and the unit working as designed. The unit is not connected to water. Call complete.

I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the cold water valve no opening all the way and slow filing. I also found slits in the below at the bottom allowing it to leak. The unit went through diagnostics just fine with no communication errors at the end. I removed the damaged bellow and replaced with new. I removed the failed water valve and replaced with new. Arrived on site for oven that was smoking when used. Upon further inspection I could not find any error codes or issues with any hardware after running a diagnostics. I took a look inside the cavity of the oven itself and found that there is a very big splotchy grease stain at the bottom of the oven itself that was caused from something spilling inside the oven such as grease or some other kind of liquid residue. Customer stated that they have not had any spills of food inside the oven since I got it but it was obvious that someone had tried to previously scrub the grease stain off. But was not successful in removing everything I also noticed that the racks had a slight oil glisten to them. I instructed customer on the best ways to thoroughly clean their oven using oven cleaners and how to get rid of the grease stain on the bottom that is being heated up and turned into a Vape or smoke. Found the aft damper springs are likely losing tension. Damper control is all mechanical springs and a basic thermostat built in, with no electric component at all. Freezer is temping fine, but customer has to keep increasing the temp to get cooler air. Installed new damper and retested, unit is cooling again.

"Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that leaks when draining, melts dishes, and the dispenser is not opening properly. I tested the unit and could hear the drain trying to open and making a suction sound but never pumping water out. This was causing air to foam up the detergent and leak water over the door seal. The heater is working as designed and I explained this to the customer. This is a older unit and a lot of the parts are in bad shape because of the age and will probably break when trying to disassemble for repairs therefore not making this a good choice for repair. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I opened the unit door and pressed the door switch closed and turned the unit on. I never saw the element illuminate in the back left vent area. Removed the back cover and tested ohms to the element and it was open. Tested the cutoffs and fuse and all were good. Lifted the top panel and found the drive belt fraying. I removed and replaced the element and dryer repair kit (2 rollers, tension pulley & belt) and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a cooktop with the flames not high enough on the high setting. I found the regulator not converted to LP. I found the wrong orifices installed in the center and front right orifice holders and the low flame setting not adjusted on the burner valves. I converted the regulator and installed the correct orifices in the center and RF orifice holders. I tested all the burners and set the low flame setting on all of them. All burners are working as designed. There were no gas leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for oven display that had a skipping clock. After running diagnostics on the oven I cannot find any error codes or any other glitches in the software of the main control or the UI. I did however find out that the governor has never been connected to Wi-Fi and has not been getting the needed updates from whirlpool to fix the programming issue of the clock skipping I called Whirlpool Wi-Fi team Sr# 772833871 And spoke with Patrick. We were able to connect the oven and get all of the updated needed and at this point the oven should be good to go and unit is functioning as designed. Call complete
