"Arrived on site to inspect washer not agitating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics show error code F7E5. Attempted to clear the code, but wouldn’t clear. I tested the unit and unit operated as designed except for agitate. I tilted the unit back and checked the previous replacement and found all work good. Following the tech sheet, I tested the main control at J4-1 & J4-7 and got no voltage output. I checked the unit for voltage and got 124V. When I went to replace the main control, I found that I had the wrong control, but in the right packaging. I advised the customer of the issue and am ordering another control and scheduled return service No water leaks observed during service. Arrived on site for ice dispenser not dispensing ice. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the motor attempting to turn and the handle broken on the ice bucket. After the ice melted a bit I was able to remove the ice bucket and found it full of a solid block of ice. I removed the ice and reattached the handle. I tested the impeller to make sure it spins freely. I reinstalled the ice bucket and tested the ice dispenser. It is now dispensing both cubed and crushed ice freely. I inspected the ice dispenser door to ensure it is closing properly and free of ice build up. The ice dispenser is no working and the handle is fixed on the ice bucket. Job complete now water leaks detected.

I ran the ice maker through an ice harvest and it cycled. I ran a thermistor test and the unit passed. I ran a fill test and the unit filled with water. I did a temp check in the freezer and found it at2 degrees. I replaced the ice maker. I inspected the fresh food side Reservoir for water not being cold. I found the air flow restricted on the middle shelf. I corrected the air flow restriction, and explained how the fridge cools to the customer. Job complete. No water leaks detected."

Found the fill tube tip and ice maker funnel for ice maker clogged with ice causing water to flow directly into ice bucket and other areas of freezer. Cleared ice blockage and tested the ice maker. The unit works as designed. The fill valve shuts completely off and doesn’t leak. The customer stated the dispenser drips constantly. I found the dispenser valve weeping and the 5/16 quick disconnect fitting at the bottom of the FC door leaking. Arrived onsite to install missed part from last visit. As I was installing that part I noticed the rotor had rubbed against the floor again and was damaged. I found the washers feet were uneven and not extended all the way which would cause the rotor to rub. I went to the shop and grabbed a rotor. I replaced the rotor and lowered all the feet. The unit is working as designed. If the rubbing happens again it will need the suspension replaced. As of now no more work is needed job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave door won’t open. Upon further inspection, I found the unit to be a built in and when I opened the door all the way it made a popping noise. I found that the bottom left corner of the door is grabbing the trim. I attempted to adjust the door by adjusting the top hinge and retested and was able to get the popping he to stop but the bottom left corner continues to rub the trim. Looking at the trim and unit, the trim is off just a hair at the top right corner. Customer also advised that there is a condensation stain on the glass. I found an oval shaped stain on the interior side of the inner glass. I contacted the office SC, and they advised that from the previous service call for the condensation, the door is not covered; it’s considered cosmetic as it does not interfere with cooking.
