Upon further inspection, I turned the burners on and found that the right front burner flames would go out on high setting, but would come back on towards the medium setting. The other burners flames would not adjust from high to low. I checked the regulator and the diaphragm was tight as not functioning properly. I replaced the regulator and checked all gas line connections with liquid leak detector and all were good. Tested the unit and it operated as designed. The flames were continuously blue and torchlike due to the unit being connected to propane. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

I found all of the sealed system components working as designed. I checked the FC temp and found it at 12 degrees when set to 0. I found some ice build up on the evaporator causing air flow issues. I set the defrost cycle to basic per techlines recommendation for the SxS refrigerators. I found the bimetal closed and ran a short forced defrost. I found the heater working as designed. I advised the customer to give the unit about 10 days to see if the ice production would increase and to call us back if it doesn’t. I charged the customer $109.99 + tax. Call complete.

Arrived on site and tested operation. I found no operation from unit. Pulled unit and found timer began to function as well as the dryer. I found the outlet to be at fault as when to cord is moved the voltage will come and go. I also found that the dryer vent hose is pinched against the rear of the unit. Recommended that a licensed electrician make proper repair to dryer outlet and customer can get exhaust vent 90 degree elbows and rigid vent pipe to allow dryer to be pushed back far enough for door to close. "0506 gate, arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found what customer complaint is that cabinet seal sticks out, The customer believes I have added this on the previous visit. Explained to customer that this is a cosmetic only part, this has been in place since The dishwasher was originally installed In June 2017, I was here previously to correct the leaking door seal. Once cabinet seal was removed entirely per customer request mounting brackets are now visible and customer complained they shouldn’t be there. Explained to customer that this is what keeps the dishwasher from falling forward And are necessary for it to be installed properly. Reported situation to MS."

"Arrived onsite for the dishwasher with performance issues and not cleaning well. I found the hot water wall valve almost turned completely off causing the line to hammer when the machine tried to fill. I found no stored error codes in the machine and the filters were clean. I opened the valve all the way and retested the machine in the diagnostics cycle. The unit completed the cycle but the wash arms are not spinning properly because they are full of debris. I went over with ms to make sure the filters are installed correctly. Need to replace all of the wash arms to complete service. Upon further inspection, I opened t(e door and found that the the left side door switch did not work as when the door was open end t(e lights did not come on. Also found that the ice dispenser motor was not working. When I removed the switch, I found that one of the connectors was damaged and not connected correctly. I replaced the switch ad tested and the lights came on and the dispenser motor came on. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
