"Arrived on site to test unit KUIX335HPS02 for no ice production. Upon arrival customer stated ice production has ceased and unit is no longer producing ice. Entered service mode and performed manual diagnostics. During fill observed extremely low incoming water pressure. Removed water filter and verified full water pressure was restored. Ran a normal ice cycle and found unit still not filling with the correct water volume, indicating an issue with the water level sensor. Replaced recirculating pump (W11542867) and retested. Unit now fills with the proper amount of water. Allowed unit to cycle, ice sheet formation completed within approximately 25 minutes. Verified no leaks present. "Arrived on site to test unit MED5630HC2 for not drying. Upon arrival customer stated the unit takes multiple cycles to dry and lint is only collecting along the bottom edges and corners of the lint screen. Verified complaint and ran a vent test which indicated a restriction in the venting system causing improper airflow. Removed the vent hose from the rear of the unit and retested, vent test then passed indicating the restriction is external to the unit. Advised customer the vent line is likely restricted with lint buildup and recommended contacting a professional vent cleaning service to clear the venting system. Informed customer continued operation with restricted airflow can cause extended dry times and potential thermal fuse failure. Recommended discontinuing use of the unit until venting is corrected. Upon arrival customer stated unit stopped cooling and after manually defrosting the unit it began cooling again.Removed evaporator cover and found the evaporator encased in heavy frost. Diagnosis indicates unit is failing to enter a defrost cycle, causing airflow restriction and loss of cooling. Proceeded to fully thaw the evaporator coil and replaced defrost heater (WPW10436849) and evaporator thermistor (WPW10383615). Reassembled unit and applied power, verified heater now energizes during defrost. Allowed unit to run and confirmed proper airflow and cooling restoration. Advised customer to monitor operation over the next several days. If frosting or cooling loss returns, recommend returning with FC slides, evap harness and control. Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW5000DW3 that is making abnormal sounds when spinning and is going off balance on every load. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that every load foes off balance and the machine makes all kinds of noise. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was weak and bouncing. I checked the basket and found the basket wobbling on the drive shaft. I replaced the hub assembly W10528947 and suspension W11130362 and ran the unit it through a diagnostic cycle. I found the belt slipping on the drive pulley. I replaced the splutch assembly W10721967 and belt W11239857 and tested the machine. I found everything working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a range WFE515S0JS4. Customer said the burner was making a popping sound. I couldn't replicate the issue so I inspected the front right burner and found several large cracks. Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRS325SDHZ13 not dispensing water or ice. I the water line behind the refrigerator wasn't kinked so used a zip tie to fix the issue. Also found some ice in the fill line for the icemaker. I thawed it out and cycled the icemaker. Unit is operating as designed now. No leaks detected while on site.

WGG745S0FS02: Removed door and replaced door handle wpw1061839. Customer stated that cooking was uneven. Removed copper plate and flame spreaders. Turned on lower oven; flames from gas tube were even on both sides. Reinstalled flame spreaders and turned oven back on; flames looked proportional on both sides. Oven heated properly with even heat on both sides. Customer stated he will use the oven and call for service if cooking seems uneven again. Oven working as intended. "Arrived on site to inspect double wall oven with the lower oven not functioning after a self clean cycle 2-man call. Upon further inspection, we pulled the unit out to gain access to the TOD and main control. Tested the TOD and it showed good continuity, but the elements were not getting voltage. Removed and replaced the TOD and tested and found that the elements continued to not get voltage. Tested voltage at the main control and found 245V. Removed and replaced the lower oven control, and retested and the unit continued to fail. Began to test the harness where it splits to the lower oven and found where the chassis divider, at the back of the unit, did not have a protective cover at the opening where the harness goes through the divider causing the red wire to get cut and short out. I adjusted the wiring until I can return to replace the main harness. Once I had the wiring repaired, I retested the lower oven and it is operating as designed. I advised the customer of our findings and will order the main harness. Office to schedule return service please allow return tech 2hrs for repair ; snapped 4 QuickPics"

Arrived onsite for gasket issue. I found the lefthand side of the freezer gasket to have a gap. I remolded the gasket to seal and it now seals properly. I advised customer that there's very little ice but if it is still present to do a natural defrost and lay a towel down just in case water leaks out. Call complete. No leaks or parts. No knocking noise inside FC while onsite.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the dispenser solenoid failure and techlines recommendations, I removed and replaced the dispenser and main control and tested the unit. The unit operated as designed except when the sump assembly was diverting from one spray arm to the next, it began to make another moaning noise coming from the diverter/diverter housing. I am ordering the diverter disk and diverter housing and office to schedule return service. I advised the customer of this issue. Returning tech to replace the diverter disk and cover and test the unit in a normal wash cycle before replacing sump assembly. If the noise continues, replace the sump assembly and test in a normal wash cycle. Should the noise continue, returning tech will need to contact techline and get it documented. Tested and found customer complaint was when dispenser is used and cup is pulled away a drop will fall thereafter and caused a water streek on the door. Notified customer that this is normal operation. When the paddle is no longer depressed the valve closes, causing suction back on the line to prevent remaining water from dripping out. As this happens it is normal to see 1-3 drops thereafter. Leaving the cup in place for just a sec will catch the remaining drop. Unit is functioning as designed. Job complete."

Arrived on site for a range WFG550S0LZ4 with buttons not working. Found the actual complaint was that sometimes of the burners aren't working. All of the original knobs had been broken so the customer bought some aftermarket knobs which were causing some of the issue. Also found the burners clogged causing the rest of the problems. "I arrived on site for an electric wall oven model KODE507ESS21 that is flashing an F8 E0 (low fan speed under-speed) error code again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the previous repair lasted a few weeks and then came back. I ran through diagnostics and confirmed the customer's complaint. I manually tested the blower fans and found the upper fan working, but the lower fan would not run on low or high speed. I gained access inside and found the blower motor showing within range and the control sending voltage to the fan motor, but nothing was happening. I i checked continuity between the harness and found all wiring to the lower fan showing the wires were good. I spoke to GC and was advised the issue was with the fan again, since it did work and voltage is going to it. I replaced the lower fan motor, W11598119, and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. The customer is still covered under previous service due to being under 30 days. No further payment was required."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher WDF330PAHS5 not cleaning. I ran a factory cycle and the pump is working. But there was visible damage to the heater. I tested it and got an open circuit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS315SDHM13 noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit in defrost mode and cycled power at the outlet. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the evaporator fan and compressor. I found the evap fan loud and the condenser coils badly vibrating. I removed the evap cover and using some foam gasket from my van stock (W11159728) I placed strips along ths upper and lower sides of the cover and re-installed the cover and the noise was normal. I leveled the unit, then adjusted the condenser coil brackets on the bottom of the coil and the loud vibration noise stopped. "Arrived on site to inspect washer MVWC565FW1 drum not turning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E5-off balanced load. I preseed down on the tub assembly and when I released it, the tub assembly bounced back up and had a lot of movement. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed until the spin cycle when the washplate was not engaging with the tub. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the cam and belt. When I removed the washplate, I also found that the hub was stripped. I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam, belt, suspension rods, and hub and calibrated the unit. Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed part. I found the latch not to be the issue and it is actually the inner door where the latch locks in is getting hooked due to the inner door bowed out. I found the ui panel to be the issue as it states feature not available and after a power reset it reverted back to normal function. "Electric dryer WED5000DW2. Customer stated the dryer drum would not turn. She could turn it manually but not while running. Removed top panel and found belt broken. Removed front panel and drum; noticed left rear roller guide stiff. Used repair kit 4392065 to replace both rear rollers, belt tensioner, and belt . Reinstalled drum and front panel. Tested dryer: drum turns, unit gets hot, and dryer functions as intended."

Arrived on site to replace the convection fan motor. Disconnected power to the unit and removed the necessary panels to access the convection fan assembly. Removed the faulty convection fan motor and installed the new motor. Reassembled the unit and restored power. Tested operation by preheating the oven to 350?F and verified the convection fan was operating properly and circulating air as designed. Unit reached temperature and operated normally. Unit tested good. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not operating properly. Upon further inspection, I tested the dryer and checked the airflow with the tester. I found the airflow was good. I tested the dryer on sensing and timed dry modes and found therm to be operating as designed. I found there to be no issues with the dryer operation. "Arrived on site to inspect range model WFE515S0EB0 with oven door that fell off. Upon further inspection, I found that the top trim left and right screw had been loose from normal use and this resulted in the glass falling out. I reassembled the oven door by placing the glass and left a right trim back in placed and securing the top trim and screws back to their proper position. The oven is now operating as designed."

I asked how frequent the customer use uses their oven. The customer stated that they use their oven once a week approximatly. The customer stated that if they use the oven multiple times within a few days, then they do not experience tripping. I tested the oven and it did not trip. I ran the oven for 30 minutes at 500?. The oven did not trip the circuit breaker. I verified proper voltage 120vac L1to N 120VAC L2 to N and 240VAC L1 to L2. And current draw of 12amps. I ran an automatic test on the washer and observed as all components operated as designed I placed the unit into consumer mode and ran a test and checked the water level. I found that the washer is operating as designed and water level is as designed. I advised the customer that the washer does not fill all the way to the top. I explained that the water level is controlled by the software and since the washer is high efficiency, the water level may be lower than what the customer has seen in the past on older machines. "Model: KOES530PPS00Arrived on-site to inspect unit reported as not working properly. Upon arrival, customer stated that the oven is operating correctly and all functions are working as intended. The customers only concern was that when the oven doors close, they shift slightly to the left before settling into position and sealing properly.Customer advised that the door hinges were previously replaced by Wilson Appliances, which did not change the behavior. After inspection, I explained to the customer that this movement is normal and part of the hinge design. The hinges are engineered with a damper on one side and not on the other, which can cause a slight lateral shift as the doors close before fully seating and sealing.Confirmed that the doors seal properly and that this behavior does not affect oven performance, cooking results, or safety. Unit shows no cosmetic defects contributing to the concern and is installed correctly. All oven functions tested and verified to be operating within manufacturer specifications.Unit is running as designed. "Model: WDF530PAYM5Arrived on-site to diagnose unit reported as leaking water and not draining properly. Upon testing, found the drain pump activates but does not evacuate water from the unit. Inspected the garbage disposal and drain hose; no blockages were found and the drain hose is in good condition.Ran diagnostic testing and confirmed the wash motor engages, however it produces a very loud rattling noise, indicating internal wear and likely failure. Unit will require replacement of the sump and motor assembly. In addition, the drain pump will need to be replaced to correct the draining issue.Further inspection revealed the detergent / rinse aid dispenser is leaking rinse aid into the tub, causing excessive sudsing during operation. Both the upper and lower dish racks show significant corrosion, with multiple rack supports completely rusted out.The top spray arm has detached and will not secure properly due to a damaged water manifold. The water manifold and top spray arm will both need to be replaced to restore proper wash coverage.Heater was tested and found to be electrically good; however, the heating element does not energize during operation. Findings indicate a control-related failure. Evidence of excessive moisture and humidity intrusion was observed at the control area, preventing proper heater engagement. The control board is malfunctioning and will require replacement. The vent assembly is also suspected to be compromised and may need replacement to prevent further moisture intrusion and restore proper operation.All findings and required repairs were explained to the customer. Multiple component failures were identified. Arrived on site for a washer WTW4957PW0. Found the pump was running continuously. I replaced the control w11608056 and calibrated it. Also ran a full factory cycle without any issues. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site for a dryer NED4655EW1 not drying clothes. When testing in high heat i got 220 degrees to 110 degrees. The dryer vent was a little kinked so I suggested that it be pulled away from the wall to help the airflow. Also suggested to have the vents checked out. Unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range KSGG700ESS7 that was not properly lighting the cooktop. Tested unit and found all burners lit up as designed. After a second I started seeing some orange in the front left burner. Turned off unit and relit all burners and let it run for several minutes. Burners all cleared up and were healthy flames. Based on what seemed to be a lack of usage, there was likely air in the gas lines. Tightened all joints to confirm no leaks. Repair completed. No gas leaks observed. Noone on site to sign ticket."
