"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they turned the water back on and now there’s a puddle under the unit at the front left corner. Customer advised that the water lines have recently been replaced. I removed the back cover and checked the valve and it was good with no leaks. I checked the water lines at the front left corner and found that the water line was not fully seated into the quick connect. I resented the line and felt it snap into place in the quick connect. Tested the unit and no more leaks. I advised the customer of my findings. No water leaks at the end of service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit did not have rinse aid in the dispenser and the home is connected to a water softener and osmosis system (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. The unit operated as designed. During testing, I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw. The motor showed up to 1amp and during wash the element showed 7-9amps and during heating it showed 7-9amps (photos). I contacted Techline and spoke to JK ad advised him of my findings. JK advised to tell the customer to run the hot water at the kitchen faucet until the hot water gets to 120 degrees, then select Heavy Duty wash with Sani Rinse, Heated Dry and Hi Temp Wash ad at the end of the cycle, open the door and allow it to air dry as well. Also, customer has to use rinse aid. In doing all of this, the unit will operate to its design. Provided File #77257212

Arrived onsite for the dishwasher that is still leaking. Ms stated the unit was leaking from the front left side of the unit. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed never leaking water anywhere. Ms stated it had been dripping from the cabinet seal. I found some moisture under the cabinet seal that appears to be getting caused by steam but ms stated it leaked enough to soak a paper towel. Performed diagnostics mode and checked error codes. Found error F2-E1 stuck key. Performed encoder test and keys are working. Performed manual test mode and ran valve function.
