Upon further inspection, I found that the customer had done a load of laundry and at the end of the cycle, the clothes were still wet. Checked for error codes and it showed F7E6-motor fault. I cleared the code and tested in diagnostics. Unit operated as designed. I followed the tech sheet and tested the motor and it suggested replacing the control. I removed and replaced the control and calibrated. Retested the unit and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit motor failed to operate but the other components operated as designed. Due to the F7E2 code, I removed the outer door panel to inspect the control and found that the power/element connection was burnt and will need replacement. I inspected the element and it is good. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the harness, CNOTE AUTHORIZATION, CNOTE-LSO per customer request and will return with the control and sump/motor assembly. I left the unit unplugged for safety. No water leaks observed during service. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF992FIFM00 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. I tested the ice maker and it operated as designed. I tested the fill tube and water dispensed, but I found it was very slow and not completely filling the ice tray. When I went to remove the filter, I found a large amount of water in the bottom of the RC section. I removed the shelving and tested the water dispenser at the door and I found that due to the water pressure, when I dispense water, the filter is being pushed out of the housing approximately 1/8 of an inch and water is leaking. I called CS at office and was informed the customer needs to have a L1, L2, Neutral and Ground from his residence to connect properly to the unit in order for the cooktop to operate properly. Customer was adamant about not needing a neutral wire from his residence. He advised that he did not want to have to hire an electrician. He said that if it didn’t work he was going to take the unit back. I advised him that he simply needed to get an electrician to wire his house so that it can connect with the unit as designed.Customer told me to change out the control so the unit could work properly.
