I cleaned the burner heads and the orifices. I tested the unit and all of the flames are correct now and all of the burners are lighting. I showed the customer how to get the RF burner to light easier by turning the gas to the low setting. I explained to the customer that the RF burner head screws are rusted out and if we have to disassemble the unit to service it in the future we would have to replace the orifice holder, burner head, and screws. Using a cloth, I wiped the inside of the basket and around the washplate to see if I could find any burrs and I found none. I contacted Techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the issue. Chris advised there were no reports of this complaint and no service pointers attached to this unit. Chris advised to have customer make sure the load is even as not wash heavy loads. Cleared lint from unit and instructed customer to have home venting cleared before next operation. Called tech line and spoke with Bruce Made aware of issues checked amp draw, found within range. Was asked if refrigerator was on GFCI breaker and made aware that it is. Was instructed that is the issue. Informed tech line that unit is 3 years old and never had this issue before. Was again instructed that is the issue and that a standard breaker will need to be put in place if allowed. Instructed customer. No water leaks present at time of service.

"arrived on site to inspect microwave door latch issue. Upon further inspection, I found the bottom door switch cam in the closed position. Once I removed the interlock, I found the cam jammed and would not reposition to show open door. Also found that the switch was open as well. I removed and replaced the switches/interlocks and tested. The unit operated as designed, job completed."
