REFRIGERATOR LG LSXS26386S/02 "Arrived on site to diagnose fridge not cooling. Found 56 degs in both compartments. Tapped system and found 45 psi on the low side indicating a faulty compressor. Replaced compressor and updated software, vacuumed tested for leaks, none found, recharged to specs on the high side. Unit starting to cool. Customer to give unit 24-36 hours for it to get down to set temps and to monitor unit for the first few days before loading with food. No leaks detected.

WASHER MAYTAG MHW9000YG0 Arrived onsite for the washer that keeps leaking. I found water all on the floor when I arrived and about 1/2” of water in the pedestal. I found two issues. The diverter valve was not closing causing water to siphon out of the bellow until an air gap in the stream stopped it then it would start over again. I found the bellow not sealing properly to the bottom of the door. The valve and the bellow need to be replaced. I tested the unit and there were no water leaks present. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and after water was dispensed into the tub and began to wash, water began to leak from the diverter seal. I drained the water from the unit and replaced the sump/motor assembly and drain pump. Retested the unit and it operated as designed with no water leaks. I made recommendations on use & care and detergent/rinse aid use and cleaning tips. No water leaks at the end of service, job completed."

I found a small gap in the top right corner of the FC door gasket which is causing warm air to leak into the FC section and causing the ice buildup. Due to the gasket being molded into the door and removing it would create more damage, I am ordering the FC door SS and will return with the prescreened brackets. Upon arrival, I went to remove the ice bin and found it full of ice that was made from the ice maker and not put in by the customer. Removed the ice bin and removed the ice maker and fund the tray full of ice. Due to the intermittent ice making, I removed and replaced the HV Control and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Installed main control and found console responded and would allow diagnostics. I found with in 45 seconds the console became in responsive and the relays began randomly engaging. Installed new console and found same result. Tested harness and found short in main harness. I found the o’ring in the ice maker fill valve failing. I replaced the fill valve and ran a harvest and icemaker fill test. The unit worked as designed and there were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Customer advised washer has been work Determined water supply was turned off, turned supply on noticed sporadic issues with valve operation, also board appeared to log a new code and receiving sporadic operation after initially passing calibration. Installed new control board and valve. Noticed cold water valve faucet would not turn completely off. After installing valve and control noticed cold water faucet at the wall is leaking constantly ( if you turn it off it would leak slowly but once on the leak becomes somewhat stronger. All connection at the washer washer were dry but wall faucet needs to be addressed by a plumber"
