Customer does have small children and advised door is open and closed many times throughout the day. Advised if icemaker is harvesting to wait until complete before opening door. Due to a lack of voltage from the filter board, I removed and replaced the filter board and turned the power on to the unit and still nothing. I contacted Techline and spoke to David and advised him that I had checked voltage at the power source, fuse, control and UI ad all checked good. David advised to check voltage at the UI from the transformer and when I did, I wasn’t getting enough voltage. David has me check voltage at the black wire going to the transformer and I got 120V and then the white wire ad I got .4V. David advised that the problem with the unit is a bad neutral at the power source. When I checked the incoming voltage, I found 243V between black/red, 242V between red/white and only 97V between back/white. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that they would need to have an electrician look at the breaker. Customer advised that they recently had the breaker b
