Confirmed seals were in place, customer advised range is cooking great. JK advise range is working as designed. Jk advised the laminated cabinets used has a coating that must be at the proper heat rating. The builder will need to speak with cabinet manufacturer to ensure proper laminate coating is used

"Arrived on site for washer not spinning clothes. Inspected unit and found no hookup to water and drain was removed from unit. Connected water and drain line up. Spin basket by hand and found basket moving freely. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found fault code F0-E5 off balance load, F0-E3 overload and F8-E6 water hazard. Cleared fault codes. Ran manual test and switch from high spin to agitate. Ran inlet valve function and tested drain. Inspected gear case and stator assembly. All tested good, no water leaks present. Spoke with customer on user care guide."

Arrived onsite for the washer that clothing gets tangled. Ms stated the unit is not cleaning the clothing well. Ms also stated the washer walks around. I found the moving doughnuts still on the leveling feet and the washer not level. I removed them and leveled the washer. I checked stored error codes and found an F3E2 & F0E4. I found the inlet thermistor had failed. I replaced the fill valve and tested the unit in service test 51. All test passed. I ran a manual high speed spin and the washer worked as designed. I tested the unit in a deep water wash cycle and found the unit not filling with enough water. The control needs to be replaced to complete service. Arrived on site and tested operation. Customer stated that their ice cream had gotten soft and unit was not making ice. They turned the freezer down to -6 degrees and found the water was not completely turned on. I tested temps and found the freezer at -5.6 degrees and the fresh food at 36.7 degrees. Unit is currently making ice and no errors in diagnostics. I turned the freezer temp back up to 0 to allow unit to operate at the temp setting the issue occurred. Instructed customer to keep an eye on it for the next few days to see if the temps rise again. Unit working properly. Job complete
