Arrived onsite for the coffee maker that’s not grinding or beans are jamming. Ms stated the unit is not recognizing that it is full of beans. I entered the load test and found all the components for the load test working as designed. I ran a coffee cycle and found the beans not feeding from the hopper into the grinder. I could stir the beans and make them feed but they would not feed on there on. I called techline and I spoke with Kurt. Kurt advised pulling the hopper off the grinder as illustrated in the service manual on page 4-24 figure 2 but this hopper doesn’t have screws holding it like the illustration shows. This hopper is molded and I suspect an issue with a gap in the mold preventing the beans from feeding properly (see pic in SDQP). Ordering c-notes & W10661763 HOPPER.; and 1 W10661763 (HOPPER)

While reassembling dryer found multiple points where fasteners will not tighten, county points are worn and this is likely why rattling increases over time as screws loosen."

Arrived onsite for the ovens that are not hot enough. I tested the upper oven in convection mode at 325 degrees. I found the oven averaging 340 degrees. I put a -10 degree offset in the control and retested the cycle. The oven was still averaging 10 degrees hot. I put a -20 degree offset in the control and retested. I found the unit cycling between 308-338 degrees leaving it with a 323 degree average temp. I tested the lower oven at 350 degrees and found it averaging about 20 degrees to hot. I put a -20 degree offset in the oven and retested. The lower oven is averaging 349 degrees. Call complete.

Arrived on site and tested operation. I found fresh food at 50 degrees and freezer at -7. Unit displayed a reading of 34 in fresh food and -5 in freezer. Taped light switch closed and left door open to test sealed system cycling. I found the rear of the unit has condensation from top to bottom on freezer side. I also found the exchanger lines to fresh food evaporator frozen inside foam cover and could not be accessed. When testing fresh food thermistor I found it to be in range with temp reading on display but the thermistor housing had ice clumps in it. Unit has a break down of internal insulation causing air leaks from freezer and is the cause for the condensation on rear of unit and frost/ice build up in thermistor housing in fresh food section.

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with the RC not cold enough. Ms stated there was frost behind the deli drawer. I found the evaporator frozen over. I ran test 3 step 3 and found the fan not running. When removing the toe kick I found the left roller shattered and could not move the unit to access the main control and check voltage to the motor. "arrived on site to inspect washer noise during spin cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics ad tested with no error codes. Unit operated as designed, but during spin cycle, the unit was louder than normal. I tilted the unit back and inspected the gearcase components and found gearcase oil on the panels and drain pump and rotor. I advised the customer of my findings and I removed and replaced the gearcase and clutch and calibrated the unit. Tested the unit and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect range cooktop melting. Upon further inspection, I found that the cooktop around the front right burner; the paint was bubbling and chipping away. Found where some sort of liquid had spilled onto the cooktop and was baked into the cooktop staining it as well. The ticket shows the cooktop is covered as are any other parts needed to repair this unit. Also found that the rubber feet on the grates are missing.
