"arrived on site to inspect washer making noises. Upon further inspection, placed the unit in diagnostics and found F8E1. Cleared code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed, but during spin cycle, the unit shook badly and I could hear it making a loud streaking noise. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the pulley shield. It appears that the gearcase shaft might be bent or the basket is warped. Also found that the hot water valve is fully blocked. I removed and replaced the valve, gearcase and cam and tested and the unit operated as designed except the unit still badly shaking/vibrating. The unit had to reset at 7:00am this morning to midnight but the date was correct. I spoke with Mark at techline and he advised giving the unit another month for the oven to download all of the updates and then this should stop. Mark checked on the Whirlpool server to see if the oven was connected properly to the cloud and they could not see the oven. Mark advised having the customer call the WIFI line to have them help to get the oven connected correctly. I advised ms and gave her the WIFI . Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect no ice in refrigerator. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=19 degrees & RC=39 degrees. I placed unit in diagnostics and tested all thermistors and ice maker. Ice maker showed error code E5-timed ice making. I tested the ice maker and it operated as designed. I removed the FC Evap cover and found a block of ice around the thermistor in the upper right corner of the evaporator. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that the unit is leaking refrigerant somewhere and a sealed system will need to be completed. I am ordering the compressor, access valve, dryer, RC evaporator and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. Will return with the prescreened UI and HV controls, both Evap motors and ice maker (just in case it’s needed).. Arrived on site to install previous order parts to correct a no cool condition. When I arrived the customer pointed out behind noise level of the unit in the high temperatures of the unit. Diagnosed unit and found heavy frost buildup in freezer. This was causing a low airflow condition. The frost buildup indicated That a large amount of warm air has been allowed to enter into the freezer compartment to build the ice. The customer is going to defrost the unit to get rid of the frost which will allow proper airflow and quiet operation. All water connections were dry.

All test passed but upon putting the unit back in diagnostics I got an F5E4 error. I found the white wire pin on the molex connector for the lid lock had come out of its locked position and was not making contact with the pin on the control. I put the pin back in the connector and retested. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I checked temps in the RC=39 degrees and FC=1 degree. I checked the evaporator and found a block of ice in the upper right corner, but it had a good frost pattern throughout. Checked Evap heater and it was good. I cleared the ice and checked frost pattern and it began to frost as designed. Checked the damper and it was operating as designed. I made recommendations for food placement in the unit and temp settings. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door not closing. Upon further inspection, I checked the hinges on both doors and they appeared to be fine. Looking at the right RC door, it does not stayed closed as appears to be warped. I attempted to level the unit by raising the leveling legs and starting from the beginning. Once I had the unit leveled, the right RC door continued to not close properly. I attempted to adjust the top hinge but nothing changed. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the door, and hinge parts .
