I tested the unit by placing a measuring cup with 2 cups of water at 70 degrees in the unit and operating for one (1) minute. At the end of time, I tested the water temps and my reading was 110 degrees. I compared my reading to the charge provided in service matters for a 1000w unit and it should be between 110-116 degrees. I verified voltage at the outlet/unit. I contacted Techline and spoke to Kirk and advised him of my findings. Kirk advised that the unit is operating correctly. Kirk provided File #7724167375. I found that it was the RC section Evap fan and when I opened the door, I found a large mass of ice buildup at the bottom of the Evap cover. I attempted to remove the ice with my steamer, but after filling the steamer with water two times, there was still a large amount of ice to be removed. When I attempted to remove the Evap cover foam, it would not budge. Due to this being a model home, I went to the main office to advise the customer of the situation. I had the customer sign the Waiver of Water Damages due to Defrosting and advised that they would need to put towels around the unit to prevent any water damage to baseboards and that I would be ordering parts and the office would reschedule return service. WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW1 "arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the water inlet valve and tested the unit and it did not operate in diagnostics. I turned the unit on normal mode and the unit would not get through sensing. I removed and replaced the lower harness and tested and nothing. I tested voltage at the outlet again and got 124V. I tested the power cord and got 124V. I tested voltage at the control and found 104V. I contacted Techline and spoke to Kevin who advised that it’s receiving low electrical pressure and an electrician would need to check the outlet and provided file number #7724157421. Tested the outlet with a vacuum and then plugged into another outlet and the vacuum had more power in the 2nd outlet. Plugged the washer into a different outlet and it operated as designed. Advised customer to contact an electrician and to contact the office if the unit continues to not operate once the outlet is corrected. No water leak

Unit Will dispense water, and make Ice, but the UI isn’t communicating to activate the auger motor.Office to order UI. Once authorization is given from Lowe’s. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW72HEDW0 arrived on site for unit that has mold in the front Bellows and that is not dispensing properly. Found that the unit in deed needs to have the valves replaced due to mold. Also found it in diagnostics the control board is not powering up the dispenser motor. Also found F8E3 failure code. Unit will need a new front Bellows and a new control board. This unit is stacked in a bathroom and inside custom cabinets. Customer will remove units and then let us know when she has that done to do the repairs. WASHER MAYTAG MHW9000YG0 "arrived on site to inspect washer leaking. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and found error code F9E1. I cleared the code ad when I opened the door to inspect the drainage area of the bellow I found a pair of glasses and ball of lint blocking the drain ports. I ran the unit through diagnostics and it operated as designed with no error codes. Due to the amount of mold building up on the bellow, the door is leaking at the bottom and onto the floor as there is evidence of a leak on the front panel under the door and on the drawer under the door. I quoted the customer $373.59 for service/labor fees and cost of the bellow. Customer agreed to the repair and paid in full. I am ordering the bellow and scheduled return service for 02/15/19. WASHER MAYTAG MAT20PRAWW0 Arrived onsite for the washer not completing the cycle and not spinning the clothes out. When I arrived I found the unit unplugged. I plugged the unit in and the drain pump started running with no water in the unit. I pulled the pressure tube off the control and blew thru it to clear the line. I reattached the tube to the control and the pump stopped. I ran the P-03 Quick Overview rest and the unit worked as designed. I advised the customer on detergent amounts because I suspect sudsing causing the control to think the tub has water in it. I found the customer using Kirkland detergent and I explained that this detergent is bad about sudsing. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
