When I arrive the compressor was not running plus there was no cooling taking place. Remove compressor start device and tested compressor windings. Windings should’ve been 6 ohm’s and they were 13 indicating a failed Compressor. I opened system to start evacuations and there was no refrigerant in the system. I found no oil on the high side of the system where a leak would be. The leak will be in the low side of the system. Will need to replace the fresh food evaporator and the freezer evaporator and the compressor as well to repair this unit properly.; ordrng 1 3HOURSSEALEDSYSTEM and 1 COSTAPPROVALNEEDED and 1 W11116006 (evaporator FRESH FOOD) and 1 WPW1060885 (EVAPORATOR FREEZER )

"arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the Ignitor arcing inconsistently, I removed and replaced the Bake/broil Ignitor harness and the Bake Ignitor. Also, due to the control not responding I removed and replaced the main control. Tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. Unit operated as designed for preheat, but once the oven bake burner shut off to cool and reignited, the Ignitor had gotten too hot and moved too far from the burner causing it to not ignite. I adjusted the Ignitor and retested and it operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

I found the washer not level and the shipping doughnuts still on the leveling legs. I removed the doughnuts and leveled the unit. I ran a calibration cycle. I ran service test 51 and all test passed. I started a cycle using deep water fill and the unit filled to the proper level with no clothes in it. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice dispenser not dispensing ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the ice dispenser and when the auger motor came on, the left RC door kept opening and very little ice was being dispensed. I removed the ice bin and found it full of ice and overflowing. Once I had the bin out, I found ice jammed in the solenoid and the ice bin auger rod causing the rod to bend when attempting to dispense ice. I removed the ice from the solenoid area and reinstalled the ice bin and retested. Unit operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and demonstrated how to turn the ice maker off when not in use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for the dryer that is taking multiple cycles to dry the clothes. I found the dryer temp cycling between 140-165 degrees with the vent disconnected. When the vent is connected the temp sets idle indicating the house vent is restricted. I found 1/4” wire mesh covering the customers vent outlet under the flapper door and the wire mesh was plugged with lint. I showed this to the customer. I left the vent disconnected from the rear of the dryer and threw some clothes back in the dryer that the customer had in it when I had arrived that were still wet. I set the dryer to mixed and the unit completed the cycle and dried the clothes properly. I showed this to the customer and explained that the wire mesh needs to be removed and the vent cleaned. Call complete.

Arrived on site and found ice maker area behind the cover has been building a place to remove panels and took pictures. Spoke with tech line and found that there was Hard water residue in ice maker fill tube 7725652968 Cleared buildup and filled icemaker through a diagnostic cycle and water is running normally. Customer is going to get a water softener for the home soon and recommended that the icemaker stay off until this is installed. No water leaks from connections at time of service.

"arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replace the interlocks and tested. Unit still does not operate. I removed and replaced the main control ad tested and the unit continues to only click and nothing. I contacted Techline and spoke to Mi,e and advised of my findings mentioned above and the repairs I made. Mike advised to check voltage and the filter board and I got 124V. I checked continuity to the humidity sensor and hood thermistor and both were good. I disconnected the P6 connector and pressed start and the control began to make a weird chatter noise. I plugged the connector back in and disconnected the fan and pressed start and nothing. I disconnected the turntable motor and pressed start and the chatter came back. At that time, Mike recommended replacing the wiring harness. He provided File #7725652864. I am ordering the main harness, both interlocks, and main control and will return with prescreened part
