WASHER MAYTAG MVWB835DW4 Arrived onsite to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the gearcase and ran service step 52 to calibrate the unit. I ran service step 51 and tested the unit. All test passed but upon putting the unit back in diagnostics I got an F5E4 error. I found the white wire pin on the molex connector for the lid lock had come out of its locked position and was not making contact with the pin on the control. I put the pin back in the connector and retested. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

I inspected the drain area of the bellow and found a large amount of animal hair in the drain area clogging the drain ports. I advised the customer of my findings and cleaned the drain area and the water that was in this area began to drain once I cleaned the ports. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

BUILT IN COFFEE JENN-AIR JBC7624BS00 Arrived onsite for the coffee maker that’s not grinding or beans are jamming. Ms stated the unit is not recognizing that it is full of beans. I entered the load test and found all the components for the load test working as designed. I ran a coffee cycle and found the beans not feeding from the hopper into the grinder. I could stir the beans and make them feed but they would not feed on there on. I called techline and I spoke with Kurt. Kurt advised pulling the hopper off the grinder as illustrated in the service manual on page 4-24 figure 2 but this hopper doesn’t have screws holding it like the illustration shows. This hopper is molded and I suspect an issue with a gap in the mold preventing the beans from feeding properly (see pic in SDQP). Ordering c-notes & W10661763 HOPPER.; and 1 W10661763 (HOPPER)

Use a heat gun to expand the freezer gasket. Also apply the heat gun to the ice door to make a good seal. Also applied adhesive On the freezer liner. Unit works properly and all water connections were dry at the time of service.

DRYER ELECTROLUX EFMG617STT0 arrived on site and disassembled dryer and inspected and replaced wheels, and tensioner pulley, not find any specific source of rattling noise. Noise is not affecting operation of dryer. Drum is not damaged. Blower wheel is not damaged. Took pictures of everything. While reassembling dryer found multiple points where fasteners will not tighten, county points are worn and this is likely why rattling increases over time as screws loosen."

OVEN KITCHENAID KEBS277BSS00 Arrived onsite for the ovens that are not hot enough. I tested the upper oven in convection mode at 325 degrees. I found the oven averaging 340 degrees. I put a -10 degree offset in the control and retested the cycle. The oven was still averaging 10 degrees hot. I put a -20 degree offset in the control and retested. I found the unit cycling between 308-338 degrees leaving it with a 323 degree average temp. I tested the lower oven at 350 degrees and found it averaging about 20 degrees to hot. I put a -20 degree offset in the oven and retested. The lower oven is averaging 349 degrees. Call complete.
