I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and it operated as designed. I checked amp draw on the element and it read 7-9 amps. I contacted Techline and spoke to Kevin ad advised of the issue. He advised that the organic type rinse aids don’t work as well as the basic chemical rinse aids. He provided file #7724150943. Recommended some detergent and rinse aids and some use and care tips. "arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error code F0E5-off balance load. I cleared the code and continued with testing. When the unit began to agitate it began to make a loud screeching noise. It did the same in spin mode. I tilted the unit back and found that the cam nut had back off and the cam pulley was rubbing on the cam shield. I took the nut off and put some loc-tite on the bolt and retightened it. Tested the unit in manual mode in agitate and spin and the unit operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I also found that the ice maker is not producing ice due to the fill tube being frozen again. I tested for proper voltage and found voltage to be good. Called tech line and spoke to Adrian #7724146462. Unit will need new door to correct fill tube freezing and the frame creaking is due to the unbalanced leveling and the cabinet was wobbling. Arrived on site for the unit has the error code f5e3. Tested the unit and found the door latch will continuously make a clicking noise and won’t close. Replaced the latch and calibrated the unit. Unit works properly and all water connections were dry at the time of service.
